A few bulbs is a good shout , I own the back wife has front and two allotments, I just keep it as a play area for kids but some bulbs down the bottom would survive maybe crocus and snowdrops ...not a fan of daffs no offence

Well in short it's frowned upon , the hunt is a similar effort to France , the hunt I joined was run by chief of police in local town. There is a lot of land to go at and a neighbour said we could get permit for goats and go and shoot a load of deer but I just wanted to work the busher on the shoot and took the runner on slip on a predator day which was horrifying for them lol. So I'd say it's a no in Romania, I had some fun but it was at dawn in minus ten mostly, and there's shepherds with about a dozen dogs that you can just wander into in the middle of nowhere. Well I don't know about that, I don't smack my boys, maybe a bit in jest , they know they'd get one if they justified it, ban or no ban, I'm being somewhat tested at the moment of late. I find it easier not to be dragged into a discussion with them where as the wife will debate I tend to instruct without debate unless I feel they have a genuine question of my reasoning, which is rare they just want to push boundaries and draw attention, kid stuff.
