Well I've made over 100 pipe spools and now they want to change ring flanges so having to chop them all up removed old ones and replace and weld , I'm in all weekend but getting a decent deal to take the pain away

I stretch in the pool as I find it easier, even working on sitting straight in a bath tub with legs relatively straight will stretch you back and glutes a bit , after a long period of shoulder injury I'm trying to get more flexibility, knee is problematic currently due to job and overweight. Maybe the swimming has aggravated it I don't know more likely kneeling and ladders and mostly stood up all day at a bench for 20 years. I have no intention of that lot I can't do a pull up, I'm 18st and out of shape just trying to get a little fitter for hols snorkeling and playing with my kids in the pool, I had early finish today so did 40 mins cardio machines and swim sauna. More up my street...the guys doing that lot live in the gym and have done for 20 years I'd imagine

Contemplating doing a bit of gym if joints play ball , made the mistake of asking a mate who's a machine for a workout he sent this , I replied with laughter so he sent me a more moderate one and a link to creatine and whey. I'll probably end up doing light weight and cardio for starters.... Might be of interest.
