Contemplating doing a bit of gym if joints play ball , made the mistake of asking a mate who's a machine for a workout he sent this , I replied with laughter so he sent me a more moderate one and a link to creatine and whey. True enough , but I enjoy salads and that's what we eat at home ,alongside BBQ and coleslaw etc.id Been lazy using sandwich van and takeaways whilst away , beer/cider is my downfall for calories at the weekend. So all good. Consistently doing anything for more than a few months is also my downfall , I get bored of the same thing .

It's something I've found difficult finding decent role models for my boys living in a new to us area. Thankfully it's evolved and due to the wife mostly , they got a sound maths tutor , decent pe teacher and football coach as well as a couple of my mates although maybe not so good as role models lol. Just getting them other input outside of woke school teachers and brats they might hang about with. The wife had them working up the allotment last night and the reward was campfire sausages and marshmallows.

Quite a turbulent couple of weeks , this weekend seems to have been about the counter protest , garages office getting mobbed , king Charles throwing his support towards the refugee welcome brigade. I think some lines have been drawn , laws are changing , freedoms being taken away or punished . The left will fight hard , death throes and all that, there may be things lost that can't be gotten back . I do wonder where it's all going next, I'm fairly confident that this will be the last left wing government for many years to come....

Pointless, we need to prevent them claiming benefits/using nhs for a period of years of proven work. Legal or illegal As for where to ship them Rwanda will do , or set up an island somewhere unless they can come up with their country of origin, then a flight home. The benefits system is abused by all creeds and religious faiths but it's basically become a business model.
