I like watching Spanish hunting vids and I've also been out with a pack on mallorca few years ago ,they was bolting rabbits to podenco and it was a great day out , you certainly hunt some ruff ground , I think you would learn a lot from the oz keepers as they use to the temps and ruff ground bit like in Spain, Here in the UK we treat are working dogs and ferrets like the little hero's they really are

It's in a book called the "rabbit" and it's definitely Norfolk and like fireman says its probably breckland, they was Warren's all over the UK not just Norfolk, I was at the estate house looking at old maps and one had drawings of rabbits running around the edge of the map and they was several Warren's marked down ,the main one being Triangaler lodge and other one was weekly rabbit warren , Triangaler lodge is still standing and still as coney on its grounds ,the rabbit wasn't a pest back then but a valuable food source and also the pelts

  5. You hand strip them and that way it don't do no harm ,clipping ruins the coat .

Great picture ,like most black white photos of travelling people it looks older than it really is ,you got to remember the cloths they had wasn't the fashion of the day but what they had picked out the rags they had monged around the doors when out hawking ,I'd say the pic was taken 1960s , This photo is old ,it's me great aunt . Second pic is me mums old friend Bella gaskin taken 1970s Bottom pic taken 1960s but looks older

  11. Me grans family all sitting around the wagon for family photo taken in Hereford hop yard and me dad sitting on the shafts of his wagon in 1940s

Wagons you see today at horse fairs all painted up are not lived in they just show peaces,I remember living in on the Rd when I was a kid and they was 8 kids ,older kids slept in a cottage tent while younger ones was in the wagon sleeping under the main bed make no mistake life was hard but good times made up for it .
