  1. Cock Fighting not my thing but just like those that keep staff bull and pit type dogs and like way they look when fit and in right condition it's same with game fowl , Fighting them a big thing in the states and Asia and most towns in UK had a cock pit yrs ago .the spurs are deadly bit of kit and these birds are bred to fight and very pugnacious but ones I've kept have been pets and wouldn't dream of Fighting them ,must be sole destroying to see a animal you put all that time into get ripped apart and I've always thought it's a bunch of shit cnuts that do it and same with pit dogs.

  10. Like you that would give me head ache A ferreting dog shouldn't be whining at a hole and defo not barking ,I understand a young dog can get inpatient waiting for a bolt but whining a no no and I find it best to start a young dog ferreting by working it on a slip

I'll stick with me ferrets ,I like me fingers, Last mink I come across was few months ago along a stream and the thing run up a tree with me dog just missing it and from its reaction when I try knock it down I wouldn't want the fcuker hanging on me hand so left the nasty b alone .

I was out yesterday at some paddocks and one of the horse owners said they had seen a few rabbits sitting out and once running they looked to be drunk and wobbling and they had found dead rabbits that look healthy with no sighn of mixy . 19. Broken them to ferrets isn't hard ,have the pup with you why you feed and clean them out and put the hutches "court " in a place pup the to walk by when ever in garden .if the pup growls at them when your feeding etc a "no " and if pup get a nip for being to nosey he soon learn to respect them ,I've never had a pup turn into a ferret killer but the opposite ,they become mates and dog soon click on when ferrets go in carry box it's work time . My advise to you is enjoy your pup and make all training a game and once pup gets bored stop .lots of the stuff you want your pup to be doing will

  21. When breaking to stock I keep pup on the lead and walk a field with sheep fence in-between us and the sheep and keep him on lead and if he pulls towards sheep I pull him back with a sharp "no " and after few times they normally stop pulling and then walk him through field with sheep in saying same command if he pulls towards them and this as always worked for me,
