Yes they are, got a letter and text from them last week saying I was due for a check up. Rang them on Friday and got an appointment, end of March FFS. Cheers, D.

First ones a couple of random car ferries, 2nd two tanker type ships, loads more I couldn't get near as none of my stuff nearby Could be from anywhere in Europe, either passing and in for repairs or booked in. Mounts Bay and Argos RN Auxiliary/hospital ships in also but they've moved them around. Cheers, D.

I work nights and have a busy road outside my bedroom window, I have a banana (Google it) a couple of hours before I'm due to go to bed and a mug of green tea when I get in, straight to bed then and I have no problem sleeping for at least 6 hours. Cheers, D.
