It stands to reason that it's just over 2000yrs old - as this is the year 2021AD. To be honest, I'm not sure what I'd class myself as - I went to church and Sunday school as a kid. I'm not religious. ......... I try to keep an open mind and not be a c**t. The bible is interesting reading - I'm not sure how you can write the whole thing off as the words of liars as there are many parts in there about people that were likely to have been around at the time. Yes, it was written over 2000yrs ago by people that didn't speak English and, it has since been translated and reproduced by people over that time. If you're genuinely interested in why people believe in God and follow the bible, get yourself a copy and read it.

When I was training in my late teens to late twenties, a banana and a good bag of mixed nuts an hour before would give a decent energy boost. That would see me through a good session at the club - a pint of milk would sort me out when I got home. But, it's been a while now and, my system isn't as clean living as it was back then so, I'd probably need something extra nowadays.
