Yes mate, tilt and swivel means, you can tilt (cant) from side to side and, swivel means that you can move your aim from left to right. But, in my experience, you can't usually swivel very far in either direction. Now, get that vodka drunk ya pussy

JSB RS are 13.43gn, same as FAPs. ..... Accupells are 14.3 though And, the picture on the tin does look a bit like an Accupell.
