Most flasks are pretty good - you're going to work, you're not going on an Arctic expedition so, they will keep your tea warm for long enough. Mine was less than a tenner from Asda - I put 3 tea bags,a slosh of milk and boiling water in it. It's still warm after 10 hours.

Yep - the missus went on a cleaning spree and then put up 2 Christmas trees and, placed her Christmasy ornaments and candles around the place yesterday I don't mind - it makes her happy. I prefer summer though.

Oh yes - done that mate. Dad was a hard b*****d and I was a stubborn prick . It caused issues that we can laugh about now but, I still love him though.

Now and then little 'un wants me try something new - to be fair, this was pretty good. The bits were small but, the texture and flavour was pretty good It's been a long time since I partook of ye olde elephant leg - I always liked it with onion and ketchup. I wasn't disappointed with this

We used to have a train driver that was ex legion. He was a Romanian and, a decent bloke. He's moved to another company now. We seem to get a lot of people with interesting histories in this job.

Lamb roast dinner at 9:30pm after spending 10hrs at the hospital with little 'un. ........ thank god I'm on a later shift tomorrow.

A bit of a trial run today - Peaches cooked in cinnamon, demerara sugar and dark rum with clotted cream. ......... The missus loved it - happy days
