  1. you have to become a donor and donate £5 which is fine if you don't mind putting all your personal details into the hunting life website Only the same as you'd do on Loot or Ebay. I use eBay regularly and they only require an email address, I would gladly donate to thl but not while you require, names, addresses and even phone numbers, I,ve mentioned this before you should be able to just click and pay via PayPal simple and less intrusive
  2. The grass thy neighbour ethos of the limp wristed lefties will take years of right leaning governments to weed out of our society, even on sites like this the moaners are slowly winning by running to sir, and sir is afraid of being branded a racist, sexist, homophobic zenaphobe to tell them to f**k off back under the rock they crawled out from, when I was at school if you told tales to sir, the teacher would tell the other kids so you got a good shoeing, taught you to shut your mouth up and stay out of people's business that had nothing to do with you, they try making it sound like it's helpf

  4. yes I know mate I have found a loop of about one third the length to be my favourite, I have one with full loops but I use that for bigger lumps of lead, but for 10mm steels the third loop is my favourite pulled back past my ear,
  5. you will always fail if you don't mate, but you might get on with it if you do, and in the overall scheme of things it's not the dearest sport in the world, so you might end up with more than one, I think I have around 8 at the moment
  6. That's a well nice piece of kit as usual mate, have you fired one with tubes on, if so how was it, I seem to be flipping back and forward between flats and 1745 tubes at the mo but the tubes seem to be edging it simply because they last so much longer
  7. FairPlay to you mate that's a really nice gesture and I,m sorry if I,m pissing on your fire, but that looks like a catty from China sold for a few quid, they are sold as stainless steel but are infact a really cheap alloy and have a nasty habit of snapping and hitting the person firing it straight in the face, gamekeeper John has done a few vids on YouTube about them and there was a lad just last week on there that had had a serious smack in the mouth from one, so if you are going to dish them out get some safety goggles or a load of disclaimers for the staff to sign before they can have one,
  8. I,m a number three I guess, but as I always go out on my own I have no one to compare with or get embarrassed by, so on my outings my dogs are always the best, I,m also quite old and f****d physically like bird so I,m probably much more patient than I was, and I think some of my better dogs have been the slower ones to get started, that goes for terriers as well, I now just enjoy walking, I,m not hungry and there is not the money in fur, meat and fish that there was when I was a young man, so a days walking out with the dogs and if they catch things I will give it the curtesy it deserves and e
  9. I'd be gone tomorrow if I never had such a modern misses, She can't cope without things like hair dryers and Asda
  10. Those b*****ds, accurately calling a far right demonstration a far right demonstration!! Why do you find the term far right so triggering? I know people who went. They were ordinary decent Bolton people. Against the fact that their once wonderful town is fast changing and their own kind being pushed out. I fish with a bloke who went with his 90 year old mother....she is the only white person left on her street...she hasn't the money to leave....'asians' (Muslims) keep offering her £20,000 cash for her house, they know that's all its worth since they took over the area....they know she will n
  11. i think that will be decided by how many fork hits you get mate, but if you are not getting on with it in a month stick some piccys on and see what your offered
  12. I have just seen on an American slingshot site that simple shot mark all international packages as gifts, so there is know duty to pay, if your not already sorted That's exactly what's been done. It states on the package exactly what's inside and the prices of each item. The package was marked as gift and I haven't as yet received a charge. I have read however that if the gift exceeds a certain amount charges will apply and as far as I'm aware I'm sure the limit was in £30 bracket...I could be wrong.....seems very hit and miss. i don't think you would have your package if there was money to

    7 Seaters ??

. That's the thing, it's now European motor factors Renault pug, Citroen they are not three separate company's anymore, it's much the same as what General Motors did when they bought up every other car company, take all the good things that made the cars good and reliable off, and simply replace them with plastic parts so They are in the garage having money spent on them every few months

    7 Seaters ??

Why you looking at another French beast, are you a glutton for punishment or what?? Have to agree there. A friend of mine who is a car dealer once told me "Anyone who buys a second hand French car needs serious psychiatric help." the big problem is no longer just French cars, it's European motors, they are spreading there tacky plastic parts around the world, Toyota one of the most reliable motors now running European shite engines in some of there motors, v,w renowned for reliability, now sticking pug gearbox,s on the t5 vans, I recently sold a Nissan van that had a Renault engine in,
  15. thanks for the heads up, let us know how you get on with it,
  16. i think if you rearrange the letters of the first word and use you imagination a little you will come up with the name of an oil that is hard to get not strictly legal but is known for its cancer curing quality,s ?

    7 Seaters ??

just get one of them Peugeot partner type vans with the seats and windows in, basic 1.9 diesel pulls like a train 50ish mpg and cheap spares everywhere,Yeah but they not 7 seaters are they, I think buying the Renault the fuel economy will be your last worry.they are a terrible for engine and electrical problems see loads spares or repairs.we had a Peugeot 806 with the hdi ,it was cheap to run but it's hard finding a tidy one now same with Citroen synergie. We now got a Toyota Lucida 8 seater be 2 years next May we had it nice comfy car ,and goes through tank of diesel a week doing about 200 m
  18. is the pin poking through the hole and the tube just pushed over it? If you can stick a pic on I,m sure I could sort something out, even if it means removing the other pin and starting from scratch, I like that little fork with flat bands just whipped on tuck and wrap style, I find some of those big tubes and heavy square stuff ok for lobbing big ammo but not the best for accurate shooting with ball bearings, it lasts forever but is,nt that nice to shoot, flats are really nice to shoot but don't last that long and the 1745 is the best compromise between the two,

  20. when you say milbro type forks do you mean this style with holes in the ends, like in the pic, if so I normally shoot this one with looped 1745 tubes or with flat tbg wrapped and tucked, not sure what pin you are referring to I am guessing you are using a fatter/square type elastic that you pull through the hole go around the pin and back through the hole to hold your bands, if I,m correct in my assumption a lot of people use a .22 bullet case for that

I was there not a few hours ago on the hightstreet window down not one voice walking past was English and that is true its the perfect model for the European dream, fill all the rented acomadation in the area with poor people with limited communication skills from all quarters of the world,so they won't moan, move every big retailers warehouses into one area, build miles of footpaths and cycle tracks to the large warehouses from the council estates near bye, because they won't need or be able to afford a car and you have modern day slavery, sold under the heading of free movement of labour, i
