It's the only place I hear them now Neal up on the high ground. Used to hear and see them down on the tidal parts of the Dart when I was young but no more. I always go up above Widecombe and walk out the track from Bonehill Rocks very reliable in early May to hear one this year the 8th. Bonehill Rocks. Cheers Arry

We had them running wild at a Leisure park I work at near Dartmouth but don't know if they are still there. You would be walking down a path and one would pop out look at you and dash back in no chance of catching them. They had a load get out of a enclosure but if they come in contact with Greys the get a pox and die. When I was there they had a large cage enclosure where the Grey visited and they all croak it. Lost my Brother-in-law recently and my sister gave me his Black Widow. Now not been into using catty's because I have arthritis in my thumbs but think I could may be use this one as it has the arm brace. Be nice to do it up again. Well the red tubes are f****d and I can see them on line no prob's but there are black plastic pointed ferrel caps on frame that the rubber goes over and one is damaged that I think might damage a new tube. Any of you guys know it you can get replacements ? Cheers Arry

Thought I would have a play at growing Onions from the cut off bottom you would throw away as seen on YouTube. First stood the bottom in a cockle jar of water. After a week to two the roots are well formed. Then cut the outside bits that are sort of rotting away. Them plant. This is the stage they are at now. Suppose to get about four onions out of it. Just a bit of fun really be a good thing to get kids interested in gardening I reckon. Cheers Arry -
