Got a tree hunting saddle to and a set of climbing spikes to play with , it's the hot thing now for bow hunting and thought I'd see what the fuss was . Been practicing on some of the smaller tree in the yard and the wife's been coming out to just sit and watch. Woman said waiting me fumble around and dangle like a drunk pole dancer is better then most stuff in the TV ..... Now as long as she doesn't learn I'm gonna be 15 - 20 foot up a tree when I'm actually hunting

Not sure how many will know his dad, but young Martin Quinn was asked by BASC to interview for a podcast about life and working his gundogs, and picking up on the grouse moors. As a mate of his dad, I've known Martin almost all his life, coursed, lamped & dug with him. He was brought up with running dogs and he's a credit to field sports, and it's great that he was interviewed, and, as he told me yesterday, made sure he got a Lurcher nod on the BASC too... Think my mother is upto 1500 relations using ancestry I think, spent a few years doing it , huge photo library, lots of military so a lot of that is recorded, Canada , America, New Zealand lots of family stories , letters from the war, birth death marriage registry. I think you start off putting all the information you have on the website and go forward from there....

Cheers guys just done it all on paper, then my daughter helped me upload it online, trouble is the paper form questions are different to the online ffs. They don’t make it easy ffs. They ask you the make and serial number of gun cabinet , I have nt bought the bloody thing yet
