nothing better then out in the country walking with the dogs when things are on your mind helped me threw some bad times ?

Must admit i read posts like Francies posts above and others and while i wholeheartedly agree with the content it amazes me that so few people are actually willing to stand up and address why this is

Lol... Fella no one's giving up. Just it's 2023 I've been defending terrier work at the top in Ireland for over 10 years... I still hunt at least twice a week... But what is happening is a major

probably silly enough to record what they been doing... can't educate pork mate ?

Recording stuff is the biggest joke going as it’s what leads to convictions and people posting daft videos on social media thinking that groups are safe

Been thinking the same about seeing lots of pictures on certain Facebook pages of catapult kills wether it's vermin or game which I myself have been guilty of as they will be the next thing the crackpots will want banning.

Spoke to a couple of lads recently that have been pinched with bulldogs on nothing more than circumstantial evident.Theyve been told by their breifs that hopefully theyll go to court before the new law comes in that means that anything to do with animal creuelty which will include setting a dog on a wild animal could carry up to a 5 stretch

Its already here the amendment to the Animal Welfare Act came about in June 2021....whereas the maximum sentence for animal cruelty was 6 months nick and/or a 5k fine....it is now 5 years nick and/or......wait for it.....an " unlimited fine ".........yes you heard it right an unlimited fine ?...f**k right off !

"First they came for the fox hunters and hare coursers,

but i didnt speak out

because I didn't hunt fox or hare"".

"Then they came for the lampers and ferreters,

but I didn't speak out

because I didn't lamp or ferret".

"Then they came for the greyhound racers, the shooters, the fishermen,

but I didn't speak out

because I did none of these",

"Then they came for me

but it was to late

there was no one left to speak out for me...........".

( Apologies to Martin Niemoller).

Cheers.

Lads yous are under massive attack by these mps,we pay there wages ffs there supposed to do as the people say not a minority, how the f**k are they getting away with this?

These mps support a vareity of disgusting measures that far outweigh a natural thing like hunting rabbits with dogs,we should have a right to hunt with dogs to feed us.

Is there no main organisation over there that could stand up against this because i havent heard a peep of resistance?

The bottom line is hunting and particularly hunting with dogs is by far for the minority few... we are being driven into extinction regardless of what laws are passed because there is a lack of interest from youngsters coming through...we are dinosaurs mate.. unless we can find a way to make country pursuits more appealing we're f****d anyway... I live in rural England, pretty much most of my lads mates either hunt or fish in some way or another, but no way as regularly we did at their age, we spent every hour outside, there was f**k all worth doing inside... Internet, gaming, mobiles etc are having a huge impact on how youngsters socialise and live... but this is Devon and completely different to a lot of the country, I'm only 4 miles out of the city centre but its very rural, the major cities are spreading out into the countryside further and further, and City life is very different... even here though the place is changing, huge housing estates going up on most of the land near the city and spreading.. its a different world and we just haven't got a big enough voice or support for the voice..all you can do is crack on and keep your mouth shut on social media...

That shouldnt be right either tho,the publics opinion should have no bearing on what was legal right up to just recently dogman.

I know recording things has f****d it,but thats a minority thats records an shows it off.

Who the f**k does joe public think they are trying to take the moral high ground on hunting?they cant because they also say an do things that i find reoulsive,so they can get of there high horse an leave us alone.
