Vegetarian fajitas. We'll not technically fajitas because I've used pitas.

Trying to eat less meat on a day to day basis so I find stir frys and fajitas a good easy way to get loads of veg in a meal. Served it with watercress and had blueberries and cream for afters

Rabbit Pie ! And, for the purists, made with shortcrust pastry, NOT puff pastry ! ? ! Cheers.

Treat off my dad tonight, he's a friend on the fresh fish stall up town... Scallops and lemon sole fillets...

Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

I just want to eat healthier and more sustainable. It just doesn't seem right eating 6 week old chickens that are full of antibiotics.

I have a slaughtermans licence and have an ambition to become a butcher so don't worry I'm not fully going to the dark side. Just want to take food more seriously....

Not since I was a young lad with my father. Problem is I'm a bit soft these days, I get attached to my own animals and can't kill them anymore ?

This seasons plan is to get a chest freezer, mincer and sausage maker and start utilising game meat more as I've always given most of it away.
