I just want to eat healthier and more sustainable. It just doesn't seem right eating 6 week old chickens that are full of antibiotics. I have a slaughtermans licence and have an ambition to become a butcher so don't worry I'm not fully going to the dark side. Not since I was a young lad with my father.
