Rabbit Pie ! And, for the purists, made with shortcrust pastry, NOT puff pastry ! ? ! Cheers.

Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

Treat off my dad tonight, he's a friend on the fresh fish stall up town... Scallops and lemon sole fillets...

I Don't know if you have been following the this  thread? 

 basically  we are using  a pellet smoker  it burns  compressed  pellets that come in different types, hickory,apple wood,  oak  ect ,im using cherry wood pellets on the duck.

Get a smoker mate they are brilliant and the meat tasted really good off one.

Only been flicking through looking at pictures really but it has got me thinking looking at your duck cooking

The finished duck!  picked up alot of smoke especially on the extremities its not burnt lol,  I wanted it well done as we used it for pancakes, hoisin sauce etc .  The smoke flavour was off the chart delicious ?

Class mate looks good I’ve done a few chickens spatchcocks etc you’ve inspired me to give a duck a go now ?

Vegetarian fajitas. We'll not technically fajitas because I've used pitas. 

Trying to eat less meat on a day to day basis so I find stir frys and fajitas a good easy way to get loads of veg in a meal. Served it with watercress and had blueberries and cream for afters
