    My parents used to breed dachshunds... Epileptic, bad teeth, throw their back out easily, heart problems, i would say 1 in 3 needs a c-section. All of them need assistance whelping. Delicate spoilt f***ing things. I met a long haired one once, called Norman. Robust and healthy and a great temperament. But otherwise every single one (of which there were many, since I worked at a city vet) was bad tempered, delicate and prone to all sorts of shitty health conditions. Why the hell the breeders are allowed to produce stock like that is beyond me.

    I didn't watch it much, but I did watch the hound group the other night. The Ridgeback looked pretty damn good. What could be fit about those dach's with their rubbery back legs I do not know. The whippet was a bit fat as well. Most of the dogs who truly looked fit for purpose were left standing at the sides. It's rather insulting to those of us who can see what a dog is supposed to be.

    No family is perfect. And they do say people are more themselves when full of a drink ... If he was the one who was married then he's the one at fault in my opinion. However the woman would've got a clip round the chops just for funsies 'cause that's how I roll.

    Ever notice how, when the vet asks if you're insured and you say no, they end up doing the bare minimum and usually that's good enough. Say yes and suddenly the bill is £600 and the dog gets better medical care than you would? No wonder premiums are so high.

    I'm with you on this one. Logical and unswerving ... I like Nigel a lot. I wouldn't vote for Tories if you put a gun to my head. They're the same wherever you go, conservatives in Canada are a shower of b*****ds. Elitist money grabbers who will bend over for the banks and corporations whilst simultaneously kicking the working poor up the backside.

    That's a bloody bad job they've done there RM. Be interested to see what your own vet says. When my bitch had her accident and was butchered by the local vet, I sent photos to my old boss back home and he confirmed what I already knew: vet here did my dog a disservice stitching her up the way he did. It took her 6 full months to heal. Hope the dog heals up quickly but I reckon you're going to have a long road there.

My accent gets confused for Irish all the time but she was so vicious with what she said. Little old pensioner? She's lucky I didn't knock her out! Then as far as I'm concerned you should be welcomed with open arms, this is what many people (not suggesting you in this LG) don't get, for me it's nothing to do with race. Look at the Chinese community never heard one person say we should get rid of the Chines

    Quite right but if he hadn't been allowed to be in the country in the 1st place the girl would be still alive, I really don't wish to enter into a race debate but what has he contributed other than taking this girls life? My friend's son was murdered back home a couple of months ago. Cornered in a door way outside a club and stabbed to death, left in a bloody heap of slush. By a guy who's family probably shouldn't be in the country. Wouldn't have happened if he wasn't there in the first place. I totally get where you're coming from on that score.

Those, last time I checked, come in all colours and from all nations and worship all kinds of different gods. There's no race or religion filters for tw@ts. Tis only a shame he won't get what he should by way of justice. Poor girl

    I do like Ray. The programs he did in Canada were outstanding, made me so homesick I nearly cried. Bear is cool too tho, just totally different.

    or crocs lol I'm not ashamed to say I have a pink pair of crocs that I slip on to nip to the kennels/bins/out for a fag. They look horrific but they do the job and only cost me a fiver. Plus if I'm wearing the knitted slippers my Nana made me they will slip right into the crocs so I don't get cold toes
