    I have been feeding them on crows and pigeons and what ever else a can get my hands on as well as minced beef and chicken my missus brings back from the butchers ahe works at. I do play with them everyday it was just last night it shocked me a bit because it was totally diffrent to how they usually are. Can they eat trout as i have easy acsess to them.

    Ok i will do that. Is there anything i can put in there hutch with them that they can play with for a bit of stimulation or to help tire them a bit? Ive just got a few bits of gutter pipe i conected to make tunnels for them run in at the min.

    A bunch of usless jacking pot lickers that couldnt catch a cold and thats just me. The dogs arent much better.

    I dont know if there playing like i said im green as grass to ferrets so its all part of the learning curve. I dont think i will bleed to death but i have a few punctures. They dont fight each other they just want me lol.

    Do you mean seperate them? Ive 2 hobs together. Also do the squeeks and hiss's they make mean anything to tell if there miffed of or happy?

    Looking for a bit of knowlage as im new to keeping ferrets. Ive been handling them daily and have them out with me when i can if im doing a bit of fishing or something in one place and they have been good never biting or carrying on but last night i went out to feed them and they were going mental as soon as i put my hand in to pick them up they were latching on to me. Normally they have a sniff of my hand then i pick them up. They will be coming up towards 6 months old now is this usual behavior for them now there starting to mature? And will it stop? When there kicking off should i keep

    Are you using a normal treadmill that is made for people or ones just for dogs? ive thought about getting one but didnt know if it was sutible.

    Bloody hell i didnt know you had to pay that much! He didnt mention that when he asked if i wanted to come i thought it was going to be like grasmere and derwent were you just need a licence. Hopefully he will pay seen as its his idea to go but i doubt it lol.

    I would like some opinions on the fishing on esthwaite water near hawkshead i will be going in a couple weeks to stay with a mate who has come up from leeds to do a bit of fishing there. I have never been before or fished there so what do you all think of it if you have fished there? Any good spots on the lake? Bait/lure tips? Thanks in advance.

    Me and a mate found 2 feed bags of copper when we were kids so took it home to my dad he gave us £20 and he went with it we were happy at the time with what we got but now i realise why my dad had a few good nights in the pub after that. If i knew then what i know now lol.

    How do you add a mesh two meshes from the end? I add mine on to the end. Is that your personal prefrence or is there a reason you do it? If I am increasing on a purse net I increase on the second mesh and third last mesh of a row. The reason for that is it gives you full meshes at the end of a row where the draw cord will run. I belive the draw cord run better through full meshes as opposed to half meshes which you get if you increase on the end and beginning of a row. TC I'll give that a bash and see how i get on cheers for the advice.

    I first learned from that video but i found theres no need for the double knot he does an every mesh mine slipped with the double but i got told to just do a single and it has been grand since imo.
