    A case can be made many different ways for many different fighters as to who was the best of the best. I am not trying to convince anyone to agree with me but I am yet to see someone who I think could beat mike Tyson at his best and there is no way to prove that wrong and no way for me to prove it right and I am very stubborn so it is pointless for me to continue posting on this thread...     He certainly had a lot of moments that made me cringe. But speed, power evasiveness, killer instinct and with cus damato's guidance, calming influence and strategy he was an absolute monster in the ring that could hardly be hit let alone beat. Imo no one has ever been as devastating in the ring. But the style damato utilised he still would have come unstuck when his reflexes and speed started to wane (not to mention his mental state) but I believe he would have been invincible for alot longer with damato in his corner and in his life. Once again that is just my opinion.

    I will never understand this logic its like watching West Ham beat Preston North End 4 - 0 every week and then just presume they would do the same to Man Utd and Arsenal !.....Ali would have played with Tyson to the point where Tyson would of hit the referee,pulled a gun out or plain leaped over the top rope rather than face the humiliation of an Ali beating.......look how he reacted to a Holyfield battering and that wasnt half as bad as Ali would of embarrassed him.I am only saying the best Tyson would beat the best Ali.     At the end of the day we can only speculate, but I think mike Tyson at his peak was better offensively and defensively than any other heavyweight in history and he definitely had a solid chin. That is not to say he had the best career because he did not improve with age and experience.

    I don't see anyone beating Mike Tyson in his prime when he had cus damato keeping his fragile psyche together imo. Ali was charismatic and had awesome boxing skills but had too many low acts,which always seem to be overlooked for some reason. I would never say I am a fan of Ali, some things he did in his life I find abhorrent.

    He,ll be back home for Xmas.....but will be back over here regularly in the next few years as the boxing scene for youngsters over here is so much better. Its worth remembering that they fought each other at their true peaks they didnt wait until one or the other came to the end of their careers before facing them like other British fighters have.......for me it was the last great British boxing rivalry for that reason.     I wear layers with a light water proof, breathable outer layer. My inner layers have changed regularly. Atm I am using uniqlo (depending on weather I 1,2 or 3 layers but I have never used third layer yet) which is reasonably warm, quite cheap and has been durable enough for me to say it is good value. My next layer has been superfine merino and a waterproof, windproof shell which is goretex. I just peel off / add a layer as I get hot/cold and have a good quality outer shell. If you buy quality the shell should last and you have to replace the base layers every few years. Atb.

    I am a big fan of Benn's fighting style and achievements in boxing, I have been meaning to visit his gym in blacktown, Sydney one of these days. Does anyone know if he is permanently back in England? The problem for Benn was he was susceptible to getting hit, which was great for fans but not so good for Benn remaining conscious at times. I personally wish all boxers would 'fight' a bit more and 'box' a bit less, but it isn't up to me how people fight but I can choose who to watch.     McClellan fight was a balltearer, a shame for McClellan his first loss ended his career and his health. Certainly was a savage era for British boxing with the Michael Watson tragedy as well. No one could touch Calzaghe at that time though.

    I have followed the ufc loosely for years and imo this is one of the best match ups I have ever seen. Aldo is definitely an all time great who has been champ A LONG TIME and McGregor is the brash younger challenger with no respect for aldo or his reputation. To add a bit of spice McGregor holds the interim title which both are not happy about! I don't see the ufc showing favouritism in their match ups and imo do a really good job in this regard. It is true mendes only had two weeks notice which is tough for him but McGregor also had to switch his training from one of the best stand up fighters

    The ufc have contracted him and have been promoting him and he has been delivering the goods. he was meant to fight Dustin poirier but he was concussed from training and banned from fighting, though he wanted to fight the doctors and legislation wouldn't let him. I can't blame the ufc for jumping on the McGregor bandwagon as he has captured the public's hearts and minds. There is no way the ufc is not eyeing off a hugely profitable rematch and that is something I want to see.

    Well done fury, I don't follow the heavyweights much these days, but I did think fury would win.the fight wasn't big here in Oz so I couldn't easily get a bet on I wish I did though! Well done to those who put their money where there mouth is.

    :There are many things you can do, in fact your options are unlimited, you are only limited by your imagination. Some things I have heard of happening is have a few trusted mates and when you see some Islamic boys hitting on girls go and hit on the same girls or have your mates stand separately and eyeball some Islamic lad who thinks he is hard and when HE/THEY start trouble pacify them. They learn eventually to be decent from my experience. There are many more ways to skin a cat, but I wish to clarify only trouble makers deserve to receive this kind education.
