Whyte v Parker could be a decent fight, however, I won’t be watching it. PPV now fcukin 20 notes, and frequently SKY and Hearn putting on non-title fights and expecting folks to pay on top of the already extortionate monthly subscription. It’s ripping the piss and I for one won’t be encouraging them.

Watched it when it was on a few months back. Really enjoyed it. It reminded me of the game I fell in love with.., and the days before English football sold it’s soul to the devil.

That wee bit of rain threw the cat amongst the pigeons and livened it right up. If it was up to me I’d have a sprinkler on every corner of every circuit, and switch one or two on at random every time a race got boring.

Fasting is all the rage now. Haven’t tried it but can see logic in it in terms of how our bodies would have evolved to cope with feast and famine. Might give it a go later in the year..., once I’ve finished off the last of the Easter eggs ?

Hopefully it doesn’t do anything tospoil what is one of the most beautiful areas in the whole of the UK. Plus, once Scotland gets independence we can use it for firing rocket loads of midgies over Hadrian’s wall.

Not even a bronze. Remember at the start everyone said this was the worst England team ever to go to a world cup. Then, as a lot of the other ‘big’ teams faltered, people forgot all that worst team stuff and actually believed they could win it.., everyone just swept up in all that ‘it’s coming home’ stuff. Funny how that mass hysteria works..., bit like when Diana died and all that. Well, funny if you’re Scottish, Welsh, Irish...etc. ?

At least he’s fighting a heavyweight this time. We won’t know what Fury has, or has left, until he’s fighting quality opponents. This guy is apparently ranked 138th in the world. Make of that what you will..., don’t think I’ll go out of my way to watch it.

Your mate may be genuine, and has my sympathy, but without stringent assessment how do we weed out the malingerers and the out and out chancers? In any high street in any town today you’ll find working age people apparently unfit to work. My issue is that many have brought ill health upon themselves with their lazy, slovenly lifestyles. I’d jail anyone on benefits who was caught smoking, drinking (other than on a weekend), or eating a fcukin BigMac.

Brazil made enough chances in the 2nd half to win the game but just couldn’t take them. Always sad to see Brazil exit a world cup but I won’t miss that cheating little prick Neymar.
