    Worked on milk vans from about ‘85-88’ whilst at school. Milk went from 23-27p a pint delivered in that time. It’s maybe only 50p a pint in supermarkets now 30 years on..., plus milk lasts way longer in the fridge now. Local dairies and doorstep delivery boys just can’t compete.

    Watched Black Mass tonight, it was alright. I know it’s just a film, but if he was a fraction of the man portrayed in the film, he was a nasty piece of work. Beaten to death is poetic justice imo.

    Same people can see straight through the anti-hunting mis-information and propaganda, but can’t see the same tactics being deployed by this particular brand of tree huggers. Scotland has a moratorium on fracking following a public consultation.., no-one I know even knew anything about it until it was a done deal. Thing I can’t work out is, given what they’re up against, and the jury still being out with most of the ‘thinking’ public, why would you call your company Cuadrilla???     Make the most of every minute just now, clocks go back next week and that’ll be the gig properly fcuked. Been for a quick spin on the bike as it might be the last for a good few months.     Hat’s off to Warren and BT, I thought it was a very good nights boxing with a lot of well matched fighters producing quality entertainment. Edited to add.., think this was during one of the earlier bouts (maybe Garton v Corcoran). Apparently Millwall boys.., seemed to go on for a while.

    Just watching Football Focus and listening to some English woman give her opinion on Scotland’s current woes stating it’s from playing 3 at the back to accomodate their 2 ‘best’ players who are both natural LB’s.     Ageing is a ba5tard. I’m only 46 and have already lost count of the number of times I’ve climbed the stairs, or found myself stood in my socks in a freezing cold garage with absolutely no idea what, just 30 seconds ago, I was desperately looking to find. If I had a filing system, it’d only give me one more thing to lose..., or forget I was even looking for.

    Hmmm, I wouldn’t hang about there for too long, especially if you hear the sound of banjo playing. Confession time.., I once left a pair of Calvins in a tree after getting caught short out running, made it into the woods in time but had to use the pants to wipe the stench trench upon completion of the deed.
