  1. My Mrs has an ebay shop, and etsy ( I think) . Leather furniture repairs is her main business, and the second main part is leather shooting goods( bullet wallets etc). She also sells leather / suede bears , walking sticks , and loads of other craft bits and bobs , but theyre more of a hobby than work , as the prices she charges , don't even cover her time. Most of the bears and sticks go to America, or bear collectors from around the world. I just make boards and bowls when I'm in the mood , and I have time(a rare commodity these days). 2. To be honest arry , I can't remember now ?
  3. I've never heard of a couple of those . It's certainly going to be keeping you entertained for a long time ?.

  5. Here's a few pics of sticks , chopping /cheese/ serving /boards , bowls etc , and general other things to do with my woodland .
  6. She doesn't use antler dc , and I've only ever used antler on one stick , that I made as a rest for when I'm shooting. I'll start a thread rather than derail this one, and I'll post a few pics of things that we do at the woodland ?.
  7. This made me chuckle . I've got so many Woodland projects planned, that I'll need to live until I'm 130 years old ?.
  8. Woodland can be really relaxing , but , it can also be another full time job . It looks like you're doing a cracking job at your place . It's amazing how quickly Woodland regenerates . You blink and its changed. My Mrs is the main stick maker and leather worker ( she pyrographs the sticks) . I just carve the odd bowl , and make a few chopping/serving boards , and forge a viking knife(badly) when I'm in the mood. If you ever want a few , oak , rowan , Hazel, Holly, saplings . You're more than welcome to pop to my place and grab as many as you need ?.
  9. I did a knife making course at a guys woodland in Wales. He'd built his own cabin , with logs from his woodland ( he even forged his own 16" nails). The cabin was probably 15'x15' , and was absolutely stunning inside.
