  1. I`ll be sizing them myself wont i Jimmy , when they are done ? Any rifle will look really smart carrying one of those caps mate. They really are a credit to you Jimmy Can`t wait
  2. Compliments Nathan Great shooting. I`m with you lads, just can`t put the spring rifles down at the moment. Went out for an evening rabbit again tonight but nothing showed, still loved every minute though. Again, nice shooting Nathan.
  3. Feck me, that`s going to be Beautiful Jimmy . I can see you getting a lot of requests mate. Pistol grip caps like that will be just stunning on any rifle.
  4. Both of my FWB`s are fitted with brand new, sized Air Master piston seals, original unused FWB main springs original internals, all mirror polished and correctly lubed. Both are hovering at 11.6 and 11.7 ft/lbs for two years now. Fantastic rifles. atb Mark.
  5. Available on Free ads tonight boys and in pristine condition.
  6. Out again this evening lads onto the little nursery with the 97K. Just the two presentations again but didn`t she take them well. The accuracy of this combination is just superb, atb Mark.
  7. Hi Phil, BSF Bavaria Sport Fabrik, made in west Germany, Bavaria. Remember the Mercury, Air Sporter, Relum Tornado, Webley Vulcan etc, etc, they were all classed as high powered air rifles when I was a kid. Well they were all chugging along at 10.5 ft/lbs if you were very lucky. The FWB Sport was way ahead of the crowd and the BSF Bavaria 55, S 60, S70 and later S80 were up there with ease in the power ratings also, at just under the legal limit if my memory is correct ? My mate Kev` Campbell had the S60, a very solid, heavy
  8. I was taught to wipe her over with a lightly oiled, lint free cloth, each and every time she was handled for any reason and that`s what I do. If it`s raining, I either, don`t go out or take the 12`s out as it`s so easy to dismantle a shot gun to dry, clean and lightly wipe over with the oily cloth. atb Mark.
  9. Personally, I can`t " split a hair" between my T Rex, Pro Sport or 97, they are all superb rifles to own and shoot. I`ll find it very interesting, testing the Pro Sport and 97 against the wood pigeons shortly but I do " predict" some good bags with these rifles. The 97 carrying the Hawke Endurance scope with cross hair and pin point reticule, in 177 cal is astonishingly accurate to be honest and knocking game over as soon as look at them. The decoying season will soon be upon us, my dead decoys are ready
  10. Encourage your daughter mate good on you ! Out and about the fields/ wildlife instead of face book, games, telly or phones.
  11. Yep fancy another Endurance scope myself Look after my future 77 Si, no lying her on the ground, up against a fence post, letting strangers shoot her . Twat ! x Jimmy`s looking after her for a while for me you see atb Iceman.
  12. Your going to enjoy making those caps aren`t you. Beware mate, everyone will want one if they are anything like your stock work Jimmy Enjoy mate
  13. Proper shooting Compliments to you again Jimmy p.s. I forgot to mention on the 97 the other night, I did the .177 pellet on the scope turret test and fired the rifle. The pellet hardly moved Jimmy, so, that's the Pro Sport, 97 and TX all passing the turret test for recoil. atb Mark
  14. Missed these latest posts, I`ll put the springers to the test, shortly.
  15. " You dirty rat, you"! You`ve been watching too many Al Capone movies Barry
  16. Well lads I`ve had Simon`s ( Piano man`s) HW 97K .177 for approximately 3 weeks and I`ve been training on paper with her continuously. I`ve stumbled on a hunting combination of The HW 97K .177/ JSB Exact Express 7.87 g, 4.52. Here`s a reminder of her accuracy when zero was completed. So tonight I put her into her first hunt with me. Accurate is not the word. Two presentations only tonight, both at 37yds and 38 yds lased. Pinpoint accuracy and slam hard results from
  17. Compliments Jimmy, Nice shooting.
  18. Hi MT, Go over to the FWB 124/ 127 sport owners forum. A friend called Nick Simmons will give you all the help you need as well as the other lads on there. You have chosen one hell of a spring rifle MT. Here`s my FWB Sport 124 last summer on the pigeons Good luck.
  19. All rifles mentioned are supremely accurate Jozef, far more accurate than we all are. Whichever fits you best - and then,- Whoever`s finger is on that trigger determinates the rest. atb Mark.
  20. You might need two guns Jimmy After my HW77 " comes home" Only reminding you like. Twat ! x
  21. Suppose I could Timmy but you know me by now, - I like to get " close and personal" hunting with sub 12. I love the challenge of getting close up Yes LJ and thank you. I use JSB Exact Express 4.52, 7.87g with all my .177 rifles except for my HW 100 KT .177. The 100 KT .177 just adores AA Fields 4.52, 8.4g but Mitch, (Villa Man) swears by the Express in his HW 100 KT .177. In fact LJ it was Mitch that got me onto the Express in .177 and Falcon Accuracy Plus in .22. atb Mark
  22. Well lads I`m putting in a lot of paperwork/ target training with the newly bought HW97K. You do realise the pigeon decoying season is fast approaching don`t you ? This HW97K is going to " bag up" if they show up in numbers this year. Here`s a regular 12 shot group tonight - just before a beer shouted to me. atb Mark.
