  9. Depends where you are, down here it's 6 to 11 degrees, wouldn't want my food hanging long in those temps
  10. Not really, any good table bred bird will make those weights, I regularly kill 4-5 month old birds at that. Get another freezer, you will always fill them !
  11. Nice introduction and first post !
  12. Where you from ? Yes mate they are real handy, keep me on my toes though, they can quickly switch from been a good Shepherding dog to a killer, fortunately our sheep are dog trained and play by the book, but you still have to be 100% on the ball with them at all times. Multi purpose dog, good around the yard as a presence, they know who is allowed in, and are wary of strangers so guard real well, they pick fur up under the lamp, (took a while to teach them recall when lamp goes off). And during the day they herd sheep and cattle if required, in between they sleep on the sofa alongside
  13. They describe the breed in the article as a Belgian Shepherd. Not many use them as a lamper i don't think. ! I do, I also run a malinois x Shepherd. But both are stock broken, as they are also used as sheepdogs during the day, clever dogs and they can multi task. As has been said, never, ever trust any dog around sheep, it's not the dogs fault usually, it's because they have not been broke, not under control, or the sheep are scatty and if one breaks it becomes a chase reaction that soon leads to the hunt kill instinct that is in all dogs.
  14. Fx wildcat. i bought this on impulse and don't use it so it may as well go. fx wildcat in .22, it has had a full tune by Liam at air fective, in fact this was actually his own gun, it has a shrouded barrel and silencer which makes this unbelievably quiet, cycles and shoots perfect, feels a lot smoother than standard so the fettle has really worked, has a custom made stock, made by Liams brother, one of a kind and the colour looks very much like the grey laminate fx sell. if I was been very fussy, I would say the stock could do with refinishing, a couple of bits that could be better, but
  15. Will be very interested to see how you get on with the pellet testing, what does it group like at different ranges ? I don't think they are that ugly ! ,! !
  16. I got some Superdomes and they group real well.
  17. 6 would have been better, or is that greedy ? Nice shooting, well done, most of the corvids on my beat dissapear when it comes wet, apart from the wily crows
