Seen a very well put together galgo the other week (still had the snipey nose though lol) but the body was wow and the guy tells me that he only feeds the biscuits from the supermarket Met a woman a few weeks ago with a galgo that she'd rescued after working at a rescue centre in spain, nice strong looking dog he was

  7. Good stuff that, i used it when i wanted to put a bit more back on one of my dogs, just added a little amount to the normal feed three times a week, a sack lasts a long time aswell
  8. Familiarity breeds contempt, give a saluki cross an inch, and they'll take a county, when my bitch was young i would let her go say fifty yards ahead when out walking then i'd stand behind a tree and when she looked back to see i was'nt there she would panic and run back looking for me, even now at 29 months she will look back every now and then before going too far, but these types are bred for serious running, and a high prey drive coupled with a big engine does'nt really lend itself to a constant at heal companion
  9. I worked in the greyhound kennels at brough park in the early nineties, and they were fed on a mixture of red meat, dry food, bread, two powders went into the mix, one was white and the other black, at a guess i would say they were bonemeal and charcoal, but could have been something else, this all went into a metal dustbin, which then went under a boiling pot full of meaty marrow bones, and when the tap was turned a light gravy came out, and the dogs were fed while it was piping hot and the food was well soaked, never saw any cowpats in their paddocks either
  10. No need for extreme measures, all you need is to fit the hannibal lecter muzzle, then the strait jacket, and chain him onto a sack barrow, then wheel him out for some low profile hedgerow mouching
