Ha! Dilly i can 'like' yours AND again, i was always told that when line breeding, the best litters came out of what were then called 'doggy bitches', which were bitches that looked like dogs, strong types (acted like em too!) You put them to your best dogs... But it was all about the bitches!

Sad to say but i'm looking for a new Blitz, or similar, for my next lamp (this April birthday!). Thing is, round here i need such power now, never had before... Just about everything here seems to now live on the edge of a Strikers capabilities. I honestly think that lamps will constantly go up in power in years to come, as critters just get wiser to the beam...

From the little i know, it's not about how tight you breed but rather when you choose to outcross and then most importantly, what to.... In my opinion, outcrossing would be as late as possible and almost always with a line that stems from the same stock...

Yes, it is unsporting BUT when i lamp i want to catch rabbits not give them best. I see coursing as sporting, a competition where greyhounds are judged on the course and the catch is secondary.

The first ever rally was in Grassmere Cumbria. We took two coaches up. Coach up to Scotland for the march there. Them drummers were fantastic! Train to London for Hyde Park in '97. Coaches back to London in '98 & 2002. Chester racecourse too. Last one i marched at was Brighton. Cant remember the year but i do remember those bunny girl hunt supporters... ?
