Haha nice one Omanyra Bedding all depends on circumstance. That wax paper is great but it can blow fecking everywhere and clog up drains. So make sure you dont mind clearing up mess and have good access to drains. You may also need to make adjustments to your kennel to keep it housed. Straw is ok but the same as wax paper can apply, plus it can harbour all sorts of skin nasties if you dont know the sorce. Vet bedding or blankets are ok BUT make sure you got enough to wash an dry daily and your Mrs dont mind it in the washer...

A big strong, fast bitch like that should be put to a dog of similar type imo. So is it to be a proven dog out the same stuff? A proven none related dog with history in its line? Or could it even be a proven dog of pedigree unknown?

If you were never told, then your never gonna know and the thing is does it really matter? If it was mine i'd kinda like the fact that i dont know. It's just a Lurcher and it can do ??? Because when all's said and done that's all that really matters anyway, people get far too hung up on the mix and really, it's all about the graft... Best of luck with it.

Like i've said before, i really dont understand why anyone would want a dog to guard other dogs... The whole cost, time and effort is staggering to guard a few working dogs in your yard. Unless the guard dogs wellfare is way down on your priority stakes, just leave it in or worse on a chain an the poor bugger lives an altogether miserable life. No, you take old Rover out, excercise him daily, train him well, socialise him at every given opportunity for the next ten plus years... Is this your dog?
