There maybe quite a few lads on here who have gone out during the summer, maybe their dog nabbed a bunny or two on a evening walk. Maybe pest control is their full or part time job. Maybe they have had to sort a problem to keep their permission and most likely they have had a couple of outings to tune a youngster in? All them reasons hold justification, some more than others BUT to organise a day with a load of mates to go coursing hares in mid summer... Yer that was the problem, it was over a wreck and went in. The Mexican knew what it was and its size by the strain on the rod. He wanted it out and asked if anyone would be prepared to dive down with mask an fins, 'armed' with a trident and poke it out. I said i'd have a go. Followed the line down to a spooky wreck and poked in the hole it went in to. Boom, that fish shot out of there and past me and I fecking shit myself. I was deep and desperate for air and came up. The lads on the boat couldn't keep the fish from goin in again and so i dived again with the same results! I did it

Don't think 'telling' anyone, or otherwise, will make much difference to anyone these days, the whole country is f****d!! Maybe not but if it was bothering me that much, it would give me piece of mind and i would know i've done it right, in private.

If so many lads were out right now over the fields by me and it was bothering me so much, i'd at least know one of em or, make a few calls and find out who it was, before i lobbed a post up on an open forum for ALL to see. Then i'd make sure i had the balls i was born with and tell em, in private, what i thought of their mid summer antics.

Like i have said before, i have marched every rally and voted every vote but i really understand and agree with everything Lucky says, i understand and agree his logic and as much as i hate the people who try to end our way of life, Tim Bonner and the CA piss me off just as much. This time if year make sure your UV is working right and i've always used tight bailed barley straw to help the filter. A bit old hat for some these days but it's natural and works... Oh yer, if you are lookin to offload fish, advertise em. Plenty of people looking to start up an need a help with stock. Though we lashed a load in our farm pond and dispite a very healthy intrest from the local heron, they are thriving.

I feel the same as Wilf and the others on here. I'm in my marrage for keeps. I believe in it and believe in working at it. I think from the working point , there's no real reason to x working breed gundogs, as each one will tick the box for hunter = flushing,peg dog, and most retrieve anyway . But being honest ive seen a fair few of these designer type dogs, and what nice temp dogs they were, that cocker poodles and lab x poodles , one of the reasons they choose these type dogs, they wanted clever,nice temp, dog that didn't loose dog hair all over the place, and I think they made good choice . I've always fed last thing at night and for ease will always continue to do so. However, if i'm off out for a shine that night, they'll get a light meal between 12 noon and 4pm, no set time, as i dont have time for that and i also believe that dogs fed on the dot each day are a bloody nusence around feeding time, next doors mutt proves that to me every evening around eight o'clock!! Nah, feck that, expect nothing and everything else is a bonus! -

Fleetwoods a bloody good drummer imo. Cozy Powel too. I rate Topper Headon as one of the best. Phil Collins is a very underaterd drummer imo too.

Clapton can say what he wants but he's one boring cnut.. All three drummers bring sommat to the table all three have greatly differing styles. Moon had no real style at all though and found the most basic rythm difficult, his concentration span for that stuff was nil, he simply played his set as a lead guitar player plays and for me, is the best of them all...
