We have always followed under both tory and Labour governments the idea that low taxation is good. We tend to copy America, the land of low taxation and little government interference.(Allegedly) I notice now though, that even the tories are advocating the fact that people should pay more tax because public services are on the bones of their arses. I read some figures recently which showed the UK's NHS is underfunded compared to all other comparative countries and that patients' outcomes are suffering as a result. Education, housing, transport social care are all underfunded and we,

A drunken evening with Dido and Wilf on the piss?

Heartbreaking. No point in blaming anybody. People are just so naive when it comes to dogs. The innuit used to break off the canine teeth of their dogs to protect their kids from serious attack. Can you imagine the outcry if that was suggested today...even if it was done painlessly? I remember years ago a small girl was killed by a pair of rottweilers. The girls mother suggested big breeds should be muzzled. There was a huge outcry from doggie nutjobs who daubed the kiddies headstone and terrorised the mother with death threats etc. There's a lot of nasty dog owners out ther

Mass murderer, Tony Bliar apparently gave the crown the right collect royalties from the seabed in 1984. Very democratic I don't f****n think. The seabed and the wind belong to us, the people of the UK. He's only giving back what's rightfully ours. I don't feel grateful, it doesn't morally belong to him.

Ask Bellew how hard he hits. Joshua was nearly gone in the last round of their first fight. He can bang mate.

You can troll me if I'm wrong. If Fury wins, no problem. It won't be the first time I've been wrong or the last. I'm just pointing out some facts which may have been overlooked. Most pundits, including ex pros, believe Fury will win, so do the bookies. I think Fury has got a real problem on his hands. It's going to be really interesting whatever the result.

Usyk isn't small. He weighs in at 220 pounds. That's heavier than Ali, Frasier, Liston Joe Louis,Holyfield, Mike Tyson and the same as George Foreman when he fought Ali. He is a good size for a traditional heavyweight. His boxing skills far outweigh Fury's. He's humiliated Joshua twice. Fury is freakish in size, but apart from Klitchko, he's never fought anyone of real merit and he's struggled against certain journeymen but got the decision. Even Fury's dad thought his son lost the first fight against John McDermot Usyk can do a job on Fury no problem. Sure Usyk might get caught an

Dunno mate. That's my point. We can only think in terms of our own experience and the requirements of oxygen and water. Might well be things out there we can't even conceive of.

It's complete arrogance to think we are the only planet that holds life. We think life requires oxygen and water. Who says? It's,spooky out there. Be comforted though, any form of life coming to earth and seeing the place infested with disgusting homo sapiens will undoubtedly press a "destroy immediately" button, or f**k off in disgust never to return.

Surely you could bargain your way out of it. I would sit through 2 episodes of Eastenders with my Mrs, go clothes shopping with her every Saturday for a month and do the housework for a year rather that sit through a MB show. That is real cruelty. If you must go, sit with your arms folded, shaking your head and muttering FFS right throughout the show. If you do that she won't play such an underhand trick in future. corn+cob+michael+buble - Google Search WWW.GOOGLE.COM

Man U has plenty of big club egoes. Take Jadon Sancho. We pursued him for 2 years and paid over the odds for him : 70 odd million. Now he's not fit enough to play! Not because of injury, just unfit. His replacement, Garnacho, an 18 year old kid, has been fantastic, a breath of fresh air. Anthony is another, he seems a one trick pony to me, who occasionally cuts in from the right and scores with his left. He shows off with no end result, and has just smashed his £100000 car. Another youngster, Pellistri ,recently came on in his position and was first class, but hasn't played in the firs

The first goldie I ever saw was in a pet shop when I was a kid in the fifties. There used to be a place called Tib Street in Manchester. For some reason it had 3 pet shops all selling animals and birds. If you looked in the windows there were mongrel pups, kittens, tortoises rabbits guinea pigs. It was a mecca for me. One of the shops would let us kids in and look around. He always had budgies, ferrets, rats, mice pigeons, anything that moved really. The stench was overpowering, I could only hack it for a minute or two. But one day above the stench was this little cock goldie singing his heart

Personally, I'm not interested in colour variations in British finches. I like them traditionally marked. You can get all sort of colour variations in bullfinches, yellows, whites, pieds etc. To me none look as good as the originals. There's some good info on YouTube about keeping and breeding British birds. OC aviaries is good. He says he treats his British finches once a month with Baycox to stop them going light and dying.(coccidiosis.) I've lost all mine in the past with this disease. I'm going to get back into it and treat my birds monthly as he suggests.

We're having a non binary civil ceremony. A prenuptial agreement is being drawn up. I'm insisting all children will be brought up agnostic. Francie is determined they will be brought up Christian. It will go to a vote on THL.

Have you got much down there that would tempt a ferret??

That was 5 star. ?. I've done it for a laugh after a few drinks, but I've never let the buggers near my crown jewels. I'd forgotten eccentrics like that existed. Thanks for posting.

Bet if this litter was planned you could try all day to get a tie and then have to give up because of the size difference. But mother nature will often find a way.

Bit of respect lads, after all, he's a war hero. Twenty five Taliban notches on his gun and didn't even lose his ability to sweat. As Mainwearing used to say: "stupid boy".

Pointless sacking Moyes. The players are responsible. I had no idea Gold had played for West Ham. Fairplay.
