    It won't stop them working, if anything it can make them more useful as you can work them year round where lots of entire ferrets go off the boil in breeding season. It makes it easier to keep hobs together in the summer too without all the fighting and raping.

    When you say young ferrets do you mean this years kits or last years? Looks like they're last years to me and that poor sod has been the taker not the giver all summer, split them up or cut the others balls off and it will probably clear up on its own.

    Not many fences or hedges round here but my old whippet from Mike Brown never ripped her skin running through the woods etc and she used to bush quite well too. Just lucky or decent skin?

    I had a dog eat a tub of utterly butterly and it was utterly disgusting trying to shovel up after being melted inside a dog

    Had a very similar experience with my russel, jumping out from the cover with a hedgehog nearly decapitated swinging from his gob and claret everywhere as a woman dog walker came on the field Cost me a fortune in flea stuff the week after too when the dogs were riddled

    I don't know too much about gsd but I've seen there can be some lines mire highly strung than others, nearly ads bad as a malinois. A friend of mine breeds/trains gsd for protection and family dogs which seem nice enough dogs for what they do and I certainly wouldn't want to be the person who broke in there.

    I wonder how many creatures larvae or dormant nest drowned last year due to the wet weather? I don't know what it's like where everyone else is but it's a bumper year for mosquitoes round here

    Bit worrying that beech have died they're normally good healthy long living trees aren't they.

    About 2 miles from where I was born and about 1 and a half from where I grew up. Although it's getting worse I still wouldn't want to live away from my home town. It's 1.24 miles to each of them houses from my current house just had a nosey on google earth.
