    What Insoles?

you got flat feet then.(dropped arches ) I have , they reckon insoles do help, used them when I was younger but never bothered as I got older . and seem ok, but having flat feet they reckon can give back probs what ive had for 40 years (bad back). so might be worth getting the feet sorted out . Get some proper orthotics Ray, after paying for various physios with my back I got referred to one through the nhs who helped my back and prescribed orthotics and I had a good relatively pain free winter at work. Your stance and posture have a big effect on your back and you don't realise your doing
  5. Cheers mate. He's raring to go now but it's looking bleak rabbit wise around here again, let's hope a few appear when all the crops are cut.
  6. What you have grown this year looks spot on. Cheers John, we've really enjoyed it fair play and thats the most gratifying part imo, the kids been right into it !! It's good doing things the kids can help with like this isn't it. My kids loved the strawberries and if these tom's hurry up they will be going the same way. My eldest will eat fruit and veg rather than sweets and the baby is going the same way. Anyone else's kids love raw pepper?
  7. A place I ferret is sand and the burrows don't go over 4ft and its quite hard, I've done other places though where a 15ft locator was no use and that's flat ground not dunes.
  8. I think he meant seeds with high oil content mate like sunflower hearts.
  9. Still plenty of healthy looking ones on the plants so hopefully they stay healthy.
  10. Doesn't matter what kind of fighting you do none of them make you bullet proof. A cousin of mine found that one out.
  11. Someone tried the same trick on me at Chatsworth ?
  12. Didn't chipper have one that was doing ok? I only know of dogs who had that blood in them and the lads who owned them blamed the tumbler for their iffy temperaments.
  13. I'd imagine it was a nice lean bull that sired him rather than the type you see everywhere nowadays that are like american bulldogs?
  14. Is she acting different as well as the retrieving? Seasons can make bitches act weird.
  15. Everything I've heard about him I wouldn't bother reading it.
  16. My old dog was ready at 9 months you could just tell. This pup I've got now is approaching 12 months and he would catch easy but another month everything will be baled and the ground will be softer so I'm not rushing.
  17. We have all the drippers and pipes etc at work to rig up the irrigation I just need to sort out a tank, that could be filled with the gutters off my shed too.
  18. My terrier does it and he's the most confident and dominant dog I've owned.
  19. I'm gonna set up drip irrigation next year, I think mine have got it from being watered a load in one or two goes rather than steadily throughout the day especially with the hot weather we've had recently?
  20. Just on a normal shelf in the shop mate, if I remember correctly there's kettle bell things and bike helmets etc around them.
  21. I asked in our Asda and they didn't know what I was on about but I found it in the section with all the exercise stuff and they have had it every time I've been there since
