My dogs are fine with others but I won't walk them in the usual dog walker type places because of the people you bump into and I've never had anything bad happen to any of mine from fighting. If it was to kick off I've usually got my toe caps on

I met one of his childhood friends and he was telling me some cracking tales about Fred, I could have sat there listening for hours but unfortunately had to get back to work. In Freds autobiography there's a bit about him making a boat out of old wheels and a tarpaulin and nearly drowning his mate in the ship canal when they were kids and that's the bloke I met.

If this method doesn't work I'll try with the theraband strip but I've only got a few snapped bands and I'll never buy tbg again.

How do you all knock yours up then? I had a go at the constrictor knot and a couple of times the thread snapped so now I'm trying a way I saw on YouTube where you slide a piece of tube over the join, it seems ok so far but has anyone ever had it come off or anything? I've been given a bag full of leather too so any pointers for making better pouches taken aboard. Cheers, gnipper

Well I'm happy with how it performs and I've ordered another 10m of the tubing off dankung so no more messing around with roller cutters for me for a while.

Had a quick bash at my mates earlier in his workshop I made my first tube bandset tonight too with the 1745s and I'm impressed so far, I'll have a proper play tomorrow.

The place near me that sells point of lays have all colours in, laying hybrids but they look like pure breeds like white leghorn and light Sussex etc, there's blue belles and speckled hens too I'd say just go somewhere like that and choose whichever take your fancy.

The dial is the volume control, the sliders on the side are on/off and search/locate. If you switch it on you'll soon know if a collar is on or not. You can turn the collars on with the narrow end of the box too.

Biggest I've seen was a bull x owned by the Goulding brothers think it was called Jack it must have scaled near on100lbs.Ran very impressively as I recall..Bigliks would remember it. Is it the same Jack bosun has mentioned?
