  2. Congregating on the Forth at the moment feeding on the stubble.
  3. I wear Haix's safety boot for work and they are great boots.

  6. Yes I have had a similar experience. My greyhound took a bad reaction to his booster jab. Sorry to say he did die from multiple organ failure. Vet was straight up and said it was far from common but not as rare as the vaccination companies admit. Quite a lot of similar stories on the internet.

  9. @Matt - nightmare! What really hacks me off are 'competitors' with no waste license, no paperwork and no spraying licences.
  10. Welcome to my world. As a gardener if I take away waste I have to fill in a waste transfer note, give a copy to the customer and then more paperwork at the dump. No waste carriers license no dumping.
  11. Me thinks you should do more research.
  12. Nice to see a well thought out and well built chamber, newbies take note thats how to do it
  13. I don't charge when I lend mine out, I'd be embarrassed to ask.
  14. Its not the air temperature that matters its the soil temperature. it takes a while for the soil to warm up. Also if they do sprout then they will be above the soil early and vulnerable to frost.
  15. best time is Autumn while the soil is still warm. Push them in a sandy free draining soil, they should be rooted by spring when you can transplant them to where you want them. atb.
  16. if you get them early you are better chitting them for a few weeks. They may well rot if the soil is cold and damp.
  17. I had an ex track dog that worked and ran at our local track with some success. So yes I think it is possible. The only thing I found was he often missed races due to injuries from working, indeed that's what killed him in the end.
  18. They only have 40 litre tanks as well so the fuel looks like it is going down quicker! Suzuki cheap to buy and go anywhere.
