72 is a fine score with any air rifle Mark. Usually only get those numbers of pigeon with a shotgun. ?

You might be thinking of the Yamaha YDS7 250, forerunner to the RD250, I have a 1972 model, in bits mind? The RD250A had the new reed valve engine.

Regarding rifle price Phil, my hw60j came in cheaper than a new cz527. Rfd ordered it from Hull Cartridge.

They are. I asked them when I was in there a while back. They told me that they make the Anschutz thumbhole stocks for ruag the importers?

I have an hw60j in .22 hornet. They do a .22 wmr I believe. The usual lovely trigger that you’d expect and hw engineering, it’s a nice piece. However, in .22wmr, I’d be looking for a nice Brno 611. ?
