    The lapua center x is top grade target fodder. I’d be surprised if the sk’s and rws’ aren’t accurate as well.

    Federal classic hp still only three quid a box at livens. I’ve found them to be accurate ?

    I only shoot them out to 30 yards and they group ok from my Anschutz at that distance. As for cycling, if I only load 4 into a 10 shot mag, they cycle ok. Any more and they slip forward and get stuck in the mag. Not accurate enough to shoot further with the cci’s, but rws Z Lang shoot well out to fifty yards and beyond, but they’re nearly 50 ft lb, whereas the cci’s are more like 30 ft lb. They have a place for me, I know that some rifles won’t shoot them well at all.

    I fitted a rimfire magic kit to my 452. It’s just a lighter spring and a roller to reduce/eliminate creep. It works very well and not expensive. Took about ten minutes to fit. Edit to say, don’t forget to test safety catch operation and bump test when cocked with safety off.

    What medium did they expand in vm? If you’re shooting 75 yards I assume they’re running at some speed. The question for most would be, are these going to have any advantage at 12ft lbs, or are they really designed to work at higher power levels??

    I shot a group at 75 yards with .22 for a bit of a comparison to how .17 is shooting at the moment. This reinforced to me that the .17 isn’t shooting as well as it should for whatever reason. I can only try more cleaning and try again. If it’s no better, I think it’ll have to go?
