  1. Motor bikes, quads... sounds like fat blokes stuff ? if I needed to go down the getting my dog fit route, I'd use a push bike and get some road work in. Decent reliable quads are expensive, a couple of grand at least.
  2. They still sell it down the local gun shop, it'll be readily available on the net https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/173439958169 there you go. Might get my self a bit and get the Milbro out. I don't think there will be any accuracy issues, it may take some getting used to. Personally I don' think I could get any worse ?
  3. Just got myself one via the link supplied, cheers gents.
  4. Reading! ? I've heard of a Cod being caught near Tilbury dock, but that was more than 30 years ago and that was by someone who could stretch the truth
  5. Off topic slightly, can you put double bands on that frame? Nice idea by the way.
  6. Can you use double Thera Bands on these? As they have an unusual band connecting method.
  7. It's still mild. I would say it's ok to move Newts as long as you're not expecting frosts.
  8. you'll still need your lamp, thermal imaging for the dog isn't that good ?
  9. Don't really use it in the rain, but the weave is tight, so I'd imagine it'd give you some protection. Those double fronted trousers have a fair bit of rain protection. I have 8 pairs of the trousers from the new to the trampy look ? . Seriously they are the best for mooching, even my knackered ones still protect me against thorns.
  10. lot of single handed rods there, is that normal and what weight would they be?
  11. Just ordered myself a couple of pairs of these. You can wade through brambles in these, no problems.
  12. I've been wearing Carhartt double logger pants for years. Over the last couple of years the prices has got up dramatically, apparently the hipsters like them, bearded fukers.
  13. Got one of these. All I can say is, limit the washing of it, they fade quickly and if you're using it for work, they wear on the upper cuff too. Got mine off a mate, he bought it as a medium, it fits me and I'm a large/Xlarge. Fat yank sizes me thinks.
  14. How much are your digs, etc GB?
  15. Norway is a well expensive place and the people (generally) are as boring as they get. Although I admire their patriotism, if I am correct, they pay about 1/2 their wages in taxes and more. Its no wonder the pensions are decent.
  16. Strange behaviour. Why do you think they do that?
  17. having the dogs indoors occasionally teaches them manners and social skills. Mine tend to come in when the temperatures are minus.
  18. does if you don't like your dog shivering like a sissy on a cold wet night ?
  19. Who the fcuk is he? Looks like a receding school kid.
  20. its down to the amount of foxes. Big fat care free northern rabbits, opposed to fast nimble, fox avoiding southern rabbits. well that's what the geezer down the pub told me ?
  21. I saw Swifts in Clare Suffolk last week and we've had House Martins about for a month or so (West Kent).
  22. A degree in canine psychology eh, well done you sir. All I know is you gotta make that pup/dog love you and want to please. My dogs watch my every move, just waiting and thinking "what we doing next Dad" My pups are with me most of their waking day, not for stimulation or over attention, but more to learn ground rule and manners. Now as Adults I spend 2-3-4 hours a day, every day and more with them. Time with your mutts makes your bond and the older your dog the more bond you have. Dogs locked in kennels all day are missing out, no matter how much they like sleep ? What wa
