Collie Grey Bull Grey Or Bull Grey Sal Grey

I bred the dog that d.Lloyd has used over his bitch, and I can see where you are coming from regarding his age. I said as much myself ,but d.Lloyd has given him a lot of graft this season ,and agree it's a risk using a young dog , His bitch is first class and has been through the mill with an injury or 2 or else I don't doubt he would have waited a few seasons, what I would say is he had the chance of a free lining off Cesar's sire, but chose his own on balance of the work he has given it. It's a risk yes but one he's weighed up and wish him the best of luck. I may give one a go myself as I've -
Sometimes when your head is spinning over something like a pup being ill ,you look for something to blame I suppose ,hope the pup makes a full recovery ,easy mistake that's happened more than once Atb Roy

Sniffer boy,do you know the lad well? I'd like to see it in writing from the vet,if it was me. Could he be fishing for a refund?
-
Just wondering how a vet can see a pup that's just o.d. on paracetamol, can come to the conclusion that the pups kidney failure is down to an inherited problem? As any pup that has eaten a pack of them would be in the same boat ,surely?

Wouldn't mind ,having a well bred strong coursing bitch lined to a real well bred tested bull, preferably that has thrown the same as his self and I'd pay well for the pleasure . But I doubt I could do it justice . But we can all dream.

Potentially brilliant ,with the chance of all types ,maybe a Merle saluki just think of the ££££ or a clever Saluki cross lol Joking aside you'll get a bit of everything in between the parents ,as long as you are happy with both and pick the right one for you ,you should be happy , -

I use the canals near me they are great . The toe paths are either grass, dirt or compressed stone so they can choose if their feet are sore to go in the grass usually do 3 1/2 mile rest then do the same back at a pace that u can just about manage maybe 12mph ,but they won't see any until the end of the summer ,time for rest now. But as arcticgun says let them empty themselves first or else when they stop for it ,it's usually suddenly and you are over the handle bars -
Jeez didn't know Muntjac went to ground

I never use collars on bushers , I just use a slip lead . Or couples if you have a more than one dog
-
S o do you mean use it to remove the dead tissue at the edge of a wound?Yes mate that's what I've used it for
-
Something with fire a bit of speed and a little bit of brain (not too much) the breeds wouldn't matter if want the parents to do the thing I want ,but for following a busher about most nippy lurchers should be up to it.

Chaff the problem with cuts on ears, is they tends to scab up ,but the itch so the dog shakes it's head or scratches at it with its paws, usually starting it bleeding and becomes a vicious circle. Is that what's happening? If so use a plastic Elizabethan collar. Then just do the usual and keep it clean and dry
-
Hydrogen peroxide is for open wounds that the edges of the wound have died off due to lack of blood supply,it's not really for infection. It fizzes a bit ,but shouldn't cause pain. Can clean a wound up that has puss ,but best get it clean before hand to save getting that far

I don't think there will be many 1/4 greyhound crosses as you need a dog to catch whatever you are chasing ,OK if you are just bushing ,but then with a small pack you ain't being stealthy. If stealth is your goal I'd the way go on your own with 1 dog in the small hours

What about merlin and eve. Lol That's the 2 I put on my post but edited it lol

There will be different types as there are now, because no one has a lurcher that suits everyone. There will be more experiments to try to reinvent them. There will be photos of dogs saying preban making the dogs over 30 years old. There will be dogs about still out of xxxxxx (insert well known dogs name). Maybe a few bully Kutta crosses and other pointless or exotic crosses. Lads will still be using ex track dogs ,to make first crosses, (if greyhound racing isn't banned)

I think coursing clubs would work,if they were inclusive ,rather than being exclusive. Problem is with such clubs they would become the coursing elite and want ordinary lads not to take "their hares". Coursing by licence won't stop any illegal taking of hares,as it happens now without clubs ,you'd get illegal and legal taking of hares. Lads who drive fields and wreck property will still do the same ,whether taking a hare is legal under certain conditions or not. Lots still coursed without permission before the ban and got done under different laws. The problem is when something is a
