    Maybe you should ask if you NEED TO breed first mate then go from there and see IF there's better at the time. And that enough want them to warrant putting 10 or more pups on the ground. its a lot of work and although I've bred 1 litter ,worrying ababout where they are after is enough to put me off and just because you have a couple of lurchers don't mean they are the best 2 to breed off.

    I'd just have to be in my heart happy with what they have done,and that I couldn't buy in the same or better.if they are 5 or 6 you probably know what you have. In saying that I left my bitch until over 8 but wish I'd have bred earlier Also you never know what's round the corner regarding life .

    She's 11 now and still as up for it as she was as a sapling ,but alas the body has slowed. Would have loved another out of her but at her age she's done her bit

    Well it's ones that have been bred a while back ,I'm interested in ,and how they've fared years on. I bred a litter a while back and seen to be doing OK. As regards to bad traits....coursing dogs aren't salukis as such ,and any I'd use would be one I could live with . As regards to bad traits of a bull cross I can only think you mean if you use a heavy dog,and they throw cobby. Well the same applies really ,use an animal that can run to start with.

    Hi all for no other reason than I'm bored and it's the end of season, I've been reading old threads and and heard of a few litters from way back I think buddy sired a litter to a bullx or Bull grey Saluki grey? Just wondering how they turned out and if they have been bred from etc. Any other similar bred dogs out there. Pics would be appreciated and a bit of info thanks Roy

    here we go, start the slagging match off again. It didn't whinge, it screamed. I tried everything and the dog couldn't come in the house, simple as that. You can make me out as bad as you like, but I'd rather rehome to a suitable home than not build a bond with a dog I just couldn't get on with. It wasn't just a screamer, you couldn't do anything with it.i should never of gotten it in first place bet felt bad more or less of where it was kept , poor conditions and shit environment for the pup. Atleast I got it right a rehomed to someone who could do something with it. I'm not asking any of you

    So you hadn't a pup with Saluki on it and it whinged ? You then gave up in 8 weeks. I wouldn't sell you a pup if the dogs life depended on it ,whether it had Saluki bull or collie blood lol. You want more from your dogs than you are prepared to put in your dog ,not really fair that

    I'd sooner have a pup with a touch of bull in that has breeding going back a fair few generations doing what you want and more, than a possibly neurotic,unsocialized ,pup from a puppy farmer TBH But if it floats your boat ,best of British to you

    I've a tracer 150 wireless never had a problem and have off d Lloyd same never had a problem I think without the wires darling ,it's one less thing to go wrong

    That's a few years ago mate ....he will be 10 in August he still does a few miles behind the truck near every day but at his own pace ....and has done a few bits of graft last season and loved it ...not bad for a wrecked old cur with 3 pins in his back hokmik how's tigger bred mate ,I remember him on here from years back and you always remember a few dogs and he was one of them.
