  4. Dirty moley hahahaha nice one some bloody nice collection that is!
  5. I hear there decent little rifles. Dont know much about them. Dont forget you will need a pump/ bottle, and a scope if it doesnt have one. So your £150 just doubled at least.. lol
  6. Never thought of that bramble thing.. will remember that now
  7. Cheers gaffer, the 97 is a pretty nice grain aswell, cant really see it properly here tho. hell yeah it is stealthy!
  8. nice one mac, I had 'one of them nights' last night, shot a woody that I couldn't find, headshot at 37 yards into some bramble and nettles, I had a good look but couldn't find it! then shot a rabbit at 32 yards that wriggled itself down the hole, I know for a fact I whacked it in the brain, but it was a steep hole and my arm wasn't long enough to get the bunny out, I could see it in there but just couldn't reach,! gutted eh, 'Operation- rabbit stew sunday' isn't going according to plan so far.
  9. haven't really had chance mate yet. the FTT are ok for now, and I don't really shoot past 45 yds at vermin , especially if its windy got quite a few to try tho when the wind dies down
  10. heres a quick 5 shot 34 yards . with a .22 hw100 magazine , and a pound sized trolley coin that I had on my keyring, for reference. the shot that went low was a definite wobble and then the other 2 marks were both from 2 pellets at each spot. that's with h&n ftt 5.53, just a quick group tho I was pretty wobbly and wasn't 'trying my hardest' lol
  11. Gettin jelous a bit there arent we Roger.. dont worry theres plenty man love left for you
  12. Mine is .22 i prefer for hunting Thanks lads SKoT
  13. Cheers davy mate. Hope your having a nice holiday
  14. sounds like a good couple of weeks mate
  15. lol they were both small. the big daddys are older and wiser so I couldn't get close enough. the one at the top was smallest so my mates dog got that one and I had the other slightly bigger one
  16. its a beast mate! loving it! using FTT at the min but haven't had chance to try anything else. always windy. groups ok at 40 yards furthest I have tried, but the wind was still getting up affecting it.
  17. cheers Daz shes a beautiful rifle indeed. need this wind to fack off tho so I can do some pellet testing.
  18. went with a friend on his permission. seen loads, only shot 2 very close 20-25 yarders, both standing unsupported clean headshots. didn't feel confident at any longer ranges, even off the bipod, because of the blustery winds.. and not having had much practice with the hw100 yet I didn't want to risk it. had one in the sights for about 5 mins at 58 yards but the wind never gave me the opportunity, so I tried to get closer but it ran off. nevermind eh. ones in the freezer to go towards a rabbit stew I plan for sunday, and the small one I gave my mate for his dog.
