    Still rock steady on aim tho, or do they wiggle about pretty bad?? do they just go straight on the 100KT no problem? whats the deal with these front end stock stud screw things..? heard theres 2 sizes, 13 and 17 (mm?) .. and that they cost about a tenner...?

    My .22 hw97kt gives out a right twang! But i can deal with that. Its as accurate as any rifle and when i shoot it correctly it puts a group of 10 pellets through a ragged hole at 35 yards. Its twangy and quite rough so takes more effort to shoot it, compared to the 5-6 SFS tuned springers i have shot at the meet. Same is true with my .177 97kt .. its good enough and accurate enough for me All hw97 rifles tuned or untuned are just as accurate as they can be shot properly. Its down to shooters ability.     I currently have a mamba lite and cant fault it, I had a mamba aswell and that was a beast. but I like my hawke panoramas aswell ! not much in it quality wise, so try a few and see what you personally prefer. if that's possible

    unlucky mac with the wounding shot, that's just what you friggin needed with your mind set at the min...not! its hard to concentrate on much at all when your thinking about the sort of stuff that your thinking about. glad to see your still going shooting tho and keeping active and trying to take your mind off things. but your only hunman, we all miss sometimes that's just a part of shooting! doesn't happen much but it is bound to happen every now and again, just have to try not worry about it too much. loved the pic of both guns on the bench..     I know a lot of folk who have f**ked up their HW100's due to powering them up because their used to guns that you can feel a twang through when shot, but the 100's are not like that, they lead you to think that they are under powered, but if anyone believes their gun is, then just get a mate to shoot you on the arse cheek and tell me that they're under powered at 10.5, and don't forget to post the pix of your bruise on here, I could do with a laugh You've more chance of finding yourself owning a overpowered one than a underpowered one in my experience !     as soon as I held yours it felt a lot better than my hw95k and defo not as heavy as my 97kt. people make out that the is 'really heavy' ?? it just feels nice not too light not too heavy. don't know what everyone crys about with the weight of guns. im head chairman of the noodle arms brigade but I like a heavy gun! wurz's 14 lb HW4Q on the other hand is an entirely different beast in a league of its own..

    When i get mine i hope it only does 10.5 - 11 with its most 'powerful' pellet.. Less chance of getting fcuked by the rozzers and maybe a few more shots aswel per fill, as opposed to 11.5 ??

    97 will stil be my main gun. Keep plinking and keep my skills sharp. dont want to get lazy and develop bad habits 100 mainly for hunting and pest control.. need to get some more permissions now lol

    I want a HW100KT .22 with a good bipod and an SR pro scope and a HW77k .177/.20 summer forest laminate stock, SFS tuned, with probably same scope SR pro.. but will have to make do with the 97KaTie I have for now, and when my hw100 arrives it will have a panorama until I can save for the SR pro

    when I shot davys 97 it was soo easy to put pellet on pellet.! with my 97 its harder with it being a rougher gun, so I feel a good sense of achievement when I get good results. I will have to save up for an SR pro scope but a panorama will do in the meantime lol

    there was a mint hw98 with a 10x44 viper for £395 in my local gunshop.. the thought crossed my mind for a good minute, but then I thought nah I want a hw100 more.
