    Well its meant to be 5-6mph winds on thursday and i have the day off work, best get the hw100 big 'pellet accuracy test' done while I have the chance! No indoor range for me to use :(

    there were 2 in the tree but the other flew off after I shot the first one. don't think they cause too much problems on my permission theres quite a few songbirds. cant wait for the leaves to fall then I can get the squirrels that keep eluding me.

    30 yard zero check 3 shots with FTT in a slight wind this morning 40 yards standing unsupported heart and lung shot as a headshot was not an option this time due to a thick branch. well chuffed. cheers for reading. 1 Shot SKoT

    try the scope on your other guns the 97 or tx, you know they are accurate so it will be easy to see if its the scope that's the problem. what do you mean by shorten the 'lop' whats that? something to do with the barrel? might have fuuucked the accuracy up by doing that...?

    everyone has something they find hard to shoot. I think woodys are pretty hard to sneak up on, others swear blind that theyre easy! I mainly get squirrels but I bet theres people who have never had one...

    might be better off biting the bullet and getting rid of it and getting another instead! my FX stage 4 is bang on no problems at all from brand new, same as my hw100kt .22 . I was paranoid I would get a leaky one lol but its 100% fine, and the stock is a beauty aswell. I normally have the worse luck ever when I want something nice

    in what way? sounding like a dumbass? Shooting these birds, they're getting to know who you are ;P Apparently crows can recognise faces, count, etc there one of the smartest birds and apparently they can be taught to speak aswell. I find I can walk right upto them and get about 3 yards away and they just hop around without flying off, in the street, but soon as your in a field or in some woods they go into high alert as soon as you get yards away from them! then when you get to 40 yards and get ready to try get a shot they just fly off again, little bastaaads

    after 'my farmer' cuts his field for a few days after theres crows rooting around all over it I guess there looking for worms.? they would be easy to shoot but im always at work!

    What about a pistol scope then? try get consistent with one of them and you might get good results

    I got that used to loading my underlever that when i went to load my break barrel it confused me haha! Any weihrauch is an amazing rifle when properly tuned especially the 97 or 98. Depends which fits you best. I prefer the 97kt personally. Come on Grae get a sfs 97 or 98 its the only springer you will ever need! they really are that good SKoT
