    nice rifle mate, I prefer wood personally, but at least with the tactical you don't need to worry about not scratching it when out hunting lol. wouldn't mind one of these myself, maybe the next pcp I get, probably a long time before that tho, the hw100kt is all I need. and the blackhole slammer hw98 im going to be ordering tomoroow morning

    2 nights a week?! Thats more than me lol As for the ultra its an amazing gun. But low shot count.. 30-40 ? Very small and compact. Or the air arms s200 is excellent value for money if you can find one with 10 shot mag and a scope for a good price. Few more shots aswell 50-60 ?? But they are a bit longer than the ultra especially with a silencer fitted. Hope this helps mate

    I have heard of this twice now i guess it's weihrauchs new anti tamper measure. Sounds like a pain in the arse, what do they hope to achieve by doing this..?! people getting second rate rough guns, that are 'brand new' and very expensive.. that they cant smooth out theirselves, with out a heatgun .. I like to strip down my springer and have a fettle. guess if I buy a new 77 that wont be an option I think weihrauch are going to lose quite a few fans and customers the way they keep going about the quality of the new guns they are selling.

    think you can only get them stage one, don't quote me on that tho. I will shoot mine out the box for a bit first then maybe get it tuned at a later date. as for the hw100 well, I don't really get on with mine. don't get me wrong, its an amazing piece of kit, but I think it needs an adj. buttpad like the 97 .. the panorama 50mm it has now, in high mounts, is too high for me, its like my head is floating above the cheekpiece to look through the scope properly. going to try the mamba lite in medium mounts, maybe that will give me a better alignment. or fit an adj. buttpad. and shoot

    I was sat there thinking why did I even buy the hw100, I don't even need a pcp- target practice with them is boring and its a blag pumping them up all the time! and there is no squirrels left - the 97 already sorted them out last year cant beat the kick of a springer and watching your spinner spin or your group staying tight shot after shot. that's the point of my shooting- knowing I have mastered the rifle, and watching it punish me if I slacken off and get complacent .. ive mastered (well, near enough) the hw97kt now and im after a new challenge, introducing, the hw98 la

    my local had 2 in secondhand, so I thought if there is one of them left after payday im having one! was skint after getting the hw100. but they are both gone so missed my chance at a cheap one, so going to go in and place my order for a brand new one

    was going to take the 97 aswell, but walking with 2 guns and a pump and a rucksack with food targets pellets etc, would have killed my back and shoulders lol if I had taken both guns I would have probably been still sat there now with the 97 in my hands and a couple of empty pellet tins next to me!

    they will both be as good as eachother. cant really beat a 97, but could equal one... same goes for the 98 just different that's all adjustable cheekpiece and buttpad, and the heavier weight than the lovely hw95k that was too light for me.. the breakbarrel I have been waiting for?! I think so.. pretty excited for this one

    Your not having much luck recently mac! hope she recovers quickly mate, them rabbits wont shoot themselves .. unless you just put the hw100 on its bipod in the field and turn the auto-search+destroy switch on all the best buddy

    I haven't really lamped that much to be honest. and I was using the filters years ago so cant remember much, they did help slightly with lampshy rabbits, but its not a miracle cure lol cheers lads

    the hw100 is a cracking rifle, but you will regret getting rid of that tuned 97 I can almost guarantee it sell the s200 private after you have saved a bit then buy a hw100 and keep the 97 that's what I would do anyway lol
