i just sat through most of a bbc show about the mark duggan shooting (i had to walk out of the room before the end as i was about to throw the tv through the window). how are they allowed to show programmes whivh are presented with such bias and lack of balanced opinion? disgraceful.

Brilliant display to beat Australia for the 4th time on the spin, and take their unbeaten run to 14 games. fecking exhaustion. he should try having three little ones all spewing their guts up and crying all night, the mrs has stomach upset and i'm up pretty much all night for the past 6 nights cleaning up sick, i then work 9 hour day stinking of kids vomit, everyone at work laughing at me back home washing duvets etc as they are full of spew. fecking exhaustion!!!!!
