My Strange Bred Sapling Making A Big Fella
BGD replied to zx12edge's topic in Lurchers & Running Dogs
a dutch herding dog,,,looks nothing like our own herding dogs,,,,but thats the dutch for ya,,, thanks. possibly something i will try in the future then They are very common round here, pretty good guards dogs.... just looked them up not something you would think was a herding dog. More of a droving dog like a Rottweiler I think, they certainly look and act like hairy rotts. I remember you posting about this pup when you first got it zx12edge, he's shaped up into a real useful looking animal sure there'll be some fun had with him next season. -

Could another angle be that the Dutch have already had the experience of fascist occupation, and weren't too keen on repeating the experience? He lost because like all fascists he was bound to lose

How do you know that there were plenty of lads out there in the Exactley the same conditions Ever fire fight is diffrent as far as I know All people act differently under duress ever soldiers So basically if you fight for your country and fuc up , and there's been plenty that have, you get hung out to dry The lads in his unit were in exactly the same conditions and they didn't lose control and bring disgrace on the forces did they? Obviously everyone acts differently under duress and those who can't handle the stress and lose control don't belong in the armed forces, that's why Blackma

Plenty of lads out there in exactly the same conditions if not worse and they manage to do their tours without losing control and bringing disgrace on the forces. If they can't manage that they're in the wrong line of work IMO. Blackman obviously wasn't mentally suited to the military and maybe his CO's should have picked up on it and got him some help but at the end of the day he alone is responsible for his actions.

Have to agree with max there, he's done well on the pitch this season even though he's playing at a failing club and as for off the pitch well I won't hear a bad word said about the man after all he's done for his "best friend" Bradley Lowery

Personally I'd prefer a well disciplined and professional soldier between them and my family rather than a mentally ill man who by his own admission can't deal with the stress of combat.

Beddy x would do it quicker and with more style

note..Tax payer will pick his bill up fore him. What bill does he have? He hasn't been charged with anything has he? He has nothing to pay for. Or do you think if you accuse someone of a crime you should have to foot the bill for the prosecution?

Who should pick up the tab for his legal representation then? The no hoper who he shot? Reckon they'd be waiting a long time for him to pay that off. It's a shitty situation for the old boy but someone has to pay the lawyer's fees. He won't be paying out of his own pocket anyway, all the folk that have been singing his praises online will kick in to the fundraiser I'm sure. i dont think it should matter how long they have to wait for the money, i am not sure you should base a system of liability on who will pay quickest? and why should the people who have been supporting him be expected

I just think we should all live and let live when it comes to what we do with our dogs, I'd feel like a hypocrite complaining when other people label my passion as cruel and call for it to be banned only to turn around and do the same to another group of dog enthusiasts. At the end of the day if folk want a dog that looks a certain way and to spend loads of time and money parading it around a ring why shouldn't that be allowed? Remember the vast majority of show dogs no matter how "deformed" you may think they are live long, healthy lives so where's the massive suffering and cruelty?

I'd look into NowTV pal, think it's a tenner a month for the entertainment package and you get loads of Sky stuff on demand and can watch Sky1, Discovery etc live. Think the box is about £15

Good post that Born I've said the same thing before about working/show lines, if the breed is valued as a worker it won't die out no matter what the show fraternity does. As for the Crufts hate well I have to say I find it a bit weird seeing a load of talking points and propaganda from animal rights groups being parroted on a hunting forum.

Cheers for the tip pal I'll be trying that tonight

Adverts are targeted at the viewing demographic of the programmes they air during, maybe you should stop watching women's TV If they could advertise something that stops me getting up 5 times a night to piss I'd be forever grateful though!
