plummer books were an example. Lots of words and no pictures. So just fictional
He had a few pics of dead foxes with his legendary Merle, dog wasn't bit up like but hey ho....
Yes he also had pics carrying dead foxes back from a hunt with Merle in snow but the bottom of his trousers and school teacher shoes were still dry. A good example of a pictorial lie..
Perhaps if you thought a bit more about your own wording you might make more sense, although I think you have just about summed things up in your first five words.
I never mentioned Darcy did I? but I think you know what I meant, you surely cant be that thick..but I know you like to stir it a bit. New name but old tricks eh?
Most of these lads publish themselves mate. As for images you could ask for some action shots off lads on here like Darcy has or you could find someone keen on photography to take pics of yours. You dont need all action shots anyway. Real pictures mean more even if the quality is less. I would rather see pictures included in a book because the event had something to contribute rather than look at photos of events being acted out purely to get pictures for a book...that just smells a bit plastic to me.
That sounds a bit of a sycophantic remark, also naive if you think pictures are proof of anything. no offence.
A picture sometimes says a thousand words.
Anyone can write a story. They don't all have the decent photos to accompany it.
you mean like the bible?
Ive heard a lot of people say they have greyhounds that dont get hurt and are durable but I wonder how many have had there hounds examined by a boneman lately. When I ran 3/4 grey bulls they got injured all the time.I have a greyhound now and so far its ok but Im careful where I run her.
What dog do you run....a greyhound?
I run a first x collie x greyhound but I used to ran two pure greyhounds up until two years ago one was pts at 12 and the other is in retryment
did you run them on arable fields mate or mostly grass?
Bit fitter?
oh yes and ready for another go tonight
Well done mate,it doesnt matter what age you start, but its when you are hungry for it and obsessed that you have the most enjoyment from it. Keep at em, good luck.
I think they are a good idea but I havnt tried them yet. Greyhound kennels usually have or used to have a supply of stale brown bread which is soaked in soup and then broken down by hand basically until you get a nice friable moist crumb that mixes well with minced meat and vegetables that have been cooked or grated raw.
Have not had good october lamping weather for a few years now. It seems like its always mild and still.Might get windy in the day but crap at night. Roll on some proper weather.
A lot of pups damage there knees. Usually its the patella. One of mine had the bone chip off with the tendon attached. It took 7 months of kennel confinement before it naturally repaired itself. Trouble is the pup has missed out on learning how to gallop and run. If it happened again I would put the dog down.
