Thats spot on that is. One night i was on my my way out (stammering already) and I was going somewhere a little but not very naughty. It was a very black night in november with enough wind to stir things. On the way I put the radio on and found myself listening to Bram Stokers Dracula being read by a deep voice together with menacing sound effects.. I really enjoyed it and nothing bothered me about it until I parked up and got out into the black night with those huge russling black oak trees on the edge of the wood that I had to walk through to get to the fields. I just could not get rid of

Make sure the bitch has loads of good grub of high quality. Minced beef or lamb and goats milk. Dont get pet mince thats full of crap, just pure muscle meat. Use a complete meal as a mixer but use a puppy one so its high protien. Remember what goes in her goes in the pups and there needs to be enough goodness to look after her aswell. You want to see a bit of butter on her ribs. Dont think about cost or you will cut corners. Personally I would never keep a large litter on a bitch. 6 is maximum for me. The less you keep the more they get.

You are a game one Bird...you stood your ground...

Nice handy size that mate..What other cross could you get to produce that type and still be good around a hole aswell as being a good catch dog? Whatever they are they are rare. You cant beat Bullyx for alround usefulness..

I doubt that will heal mate. Probably go like leather, but no hair..

If the farmer was a decent bloke he would have made it so you could still go..after all its his land and shooters will agree to anything basically.. Hes the money grabbing creep not the guns.
-
If you only go when its black and windy though you have a lot of nights off. stiff breeze and light rain is my best conditions.

Lightforce are all british made and built a lot better than Deben.. Ive never had a Deben I havnt had to repair and virtually rewire from new,and there not cheap to buy.. Ive got the LA9 with metal reflector and 100w bulb with lithium battery.

Anytime after dark when conditions are best as DW 69 says. Might wait for a bit of rain or wind picking up. Pack up when ive had enough or the dogs have or my mate has. The only advantage to going very late is you are less likely to get seen if you are trespassing but then you stand out more to the rossers on the road home unless you are driving a taxi.

What Would You Do With A Spare One Thousand Pounds

What rates of interest does he charge.? -
A great cross but better with a whippet/grey rather than just whippet.

It might help if this thread wasnt in the pinned bit because it doesnt get noticed.

You appear to be discarding a lot of other people with expertise in plenty of areas. I dont doubt some people may have expertise in the feild but who has expertise in media and communicating with national bodies? maybe persons should let us know what attributes they can bring to the table? Y.I.S Leeview Me! I deal with global C-level people all the time. Not the media granted but still have to project a squeaky clean image of complete professionalism and be able to communicate effectively with very senior people As I said before I would be happy to get on-board, just feel

Bassets are slower or should be. A Bassett is a full hound on shorter legs. Hounds born with this condition like dwarfism used to be destroyed until someone decided to breed it in for the purpose of slowing the hound down.. The Bassett makes up with a deep scenting ability and hes very good on a drag. The Griffon vendeen is diffrent, faster a bit mad and very liable to change on a line. I'd much rather watch English Bassetts. I know the real hunting Bassetts have more leg and Harrier blood has been used by packs like the Westerby but they wouldnt want to get too leggy and fast or they wont be B

Your honest enough to admit nicking a trap,so what. Ive had traps nicked by kids, its all part of growing up. Dont listen to any judgmental old arse lickers on here. There main pastime is knocking others to make themselves look good. Fieldsports kept me out of correction school where a few of my mates ended up. All fieldsports are good for young people imo but Im sure you wont be put off by the odd tosser you are bound to encounter along the way.. I hope you take up the free book offer, you really can get addicted to running dogs..

I was thinking about that film the other day...brilliant

I see the new badge released by the CA "10 years on" has left out the terrier man and his dog. He was there. Where has he gone? I wont be buying one but I will be asking the CA where the missing terrier has gone. Perhaps hes gone off with the Greyhound and Lurcher that never made it.

. Sounds like that bitch had a show gaz full season come late usually hound types show first before there have a full cycle .atb bunnys. I was thinking that, that she a young bitch ? , norm as a bitch matures her season get more stressful physical. I had bitch lurcher + lurcher bred she was ok for 3-4 seasons , then as she got older her season knocked her about more. it was one of the reasons I went or males in the end , and try to keep males now, but that bitch was very good dog she done good on all quarry, she was 25in 50 odd lb brindle looked just like a greyhound , but had some

It used to be all Deerhound crosses but Saluki types have taken over because they are better on big flat land . My mate Stan has them.

I dont think it said whippet at first did it claude, just non ped,I think thats where the confusion came from. Anyway the best thing is get in touch with your local non ped whippet club. There is a magazine called whippet news run by Chris Cornish, but they dont advertise litters. You would need to get your local club depending where you live. Send me a pm if you need any help. Imo you are far better off with a non ped whippet than a kc one if you get the right stuff. Good luck
