    Always preferred Cluson blazerlite . Good distance and much better built than Deben stuff. You seem to always be having to repair the lightforce lamps, the wiring is bad.

    Cluson are doing a re chargeable battery one thats got a 1500 meter beam, but its £200 and out of stock. Cluson is always better quality than Deben imo.

    Lurchers are really pot hunters, so should be able to hunt up and catch game birds. I think it must be illegal for gun dogs to kill birds though because on shoots when it happens the owners always look guilty and hide the shredded bird under there coat or kick it under a bush.

    A meuse is the drag a Hare leaves as it moves around in circles. Having said that I watched a hunted Hare (Beagles)come through a hedge well in front of the hounds and then moved about in what looked like oblong shapes and suddenly she was away. When the hounds come through they were ages working out the scent but they got it right in the end and away they went. A Hare moves about a lot in a small area and its these meuses the hounds have to work out when hunting up the drag to get a fresher scent and put her up. Thats what I understand anyway.

    I dont drink Chianti but I love Ox liver sliced thin and not over fried (pink) in rendered down beef fat that has hung for a few weeks with a few tomatoes and a fried egg or two.

    That sounds perfect.. I would eat more Venison if I could hang it in cold conditions. If its full of blood it tastes liverish.

    Thanks, its not as low as it looks though, how weird and they say pictures never lie. It was a bit higher than waist height in that picture, but Ive had to raise it even higher to keep Roe deer off it. They just bash everything out of it.

    You can throw Darrens dogs where you like mate. They are OUT and OUT Cowards....and yes Ive got experience of them. They are a good example of bad inbreeding with rotting skin, and half the dogs have have no testicles. The only examples going right back that were any good were basically mostly pit. They are dog and people aggressive but trust me they are cowards.
