I use whichever stance is most suited to the hunting style and circumstance. Today I was shooting squirrels off hand standing, often in tallish grass I'll be sitting FT style shooting 35 yard or more bunnies, static.
Other days I'll mostly slip into a kneeling stance over tall crops.
I think if you practice all stances (especially the ones you're weakest at) you are ready for any requirement of shooting position.
