  5. Hi Anna, welcome to the forum
  6. Welcome to the forum mate Try posting your query in the airgun section - plenty of AA owners there. Cheers Duncan
  7. Never felt the need to go fac air as my 12 fpe pcp handles anything out to 45 yards, my rimmie out to 75 yards and my .17hmr takes over beyond that range. If I had land that needed more 'legs' than a legal limit air rifle, but less down range oomph than a rimfire, I guess I'd get fac air. Remember that the hummer goes off with quite a crack, which can limit its uses.
  8. You can't polish a turd

  9. Have you considered practising at the land where you have permission to hunt? My own home grown test for hunting accuracy is hitting a pound coin sized target 5 times out of 5 at the ranges you wish to hunt at. Why a pound coin size target? The bunnies brain is what you want to hit to ensure a clean, humane kill. Hit the rabbits skull between the eye and ear and you'll get a good switch off. Sounds like you should be ok at 20 yards, see if you can push it to 30 yards in your practise sessions.
  10. Just in case anyone missed the humour, I was indeed taking the pee about the katana
  11. me too, but I guess secateurs aren't as cool or macho as a machete or parang Was thinking of trying out a katana myself - early midlife crisis ?
  12. Has anyone tried bananas instead of tomatoes? They have loads of cramp-busting potassium in them too (good for keeping blood pressure down in humans too - 1 a day).
  13. can i live at yours Yes! Everybody laughs at what I feed the dogs. They have herbs too, raw in their meat....it really improves their coat. herbs??? rasta dogs Herbs not ganga - they wouldn't be fecked to run!
  14. Better manners? I reckon shooting em was quite impolite, what what! Just not cricket? ffs! If they'd tortured them before killing them fair enough - throw the book at them. But lets keep this in context.
  15. nasty! That's got a tattoo on it her ma hasn't seen "stench trench" on the lips
  16. So, whats in it for Scotland to be independant? It seems to me that those that want independance need to be careful what they wish for; surely if they levy their own taxes they also cease benefitting from the funding supplied by the UK central government too? I don't fear losing Scotland as an integral part of our country, but I fear for the Scots chasing a poisoned chalice.
  17. Scintillating pics Mol and it makes me look forward to my own pup starting to jump. Might be a bit early for her yet at 13 weeks - she's rapidly learning to co-ordinate her gangly legs at the mo. Any tips on getting them jumping mate? atb Duncan
