  1. Hi, I'm looking for some flip up covers for a Bushnell Elite 4200 8-32x40 Scope, don't really want to buy from retail due to being a tad too pricey for my current budget. If anyone has any lens covers that would fit the eye piece size 39mm and objective 50-51mm please get in touch, thanks!
  2. I dont think I've ever gone above 10x-12x! I got the scope on a great deal, couldn't resist buying it.
  3. Thanks buddy, My zero stays the same, I add a piece which snaps onto the tube of the scope which I then add the lamp on. This doesn't alter the movement of the scope keeping the same zero. All that is happening is that It's adding more weight to the gun, and perhaps making it alittle more front heavy or bottom heavy depending on where the lamp is placed. I keep the Lamp in the centre to keep a good balance. @Bill Thanks, I've had the scope for a good few weeks and I'm extremely impressed with the optics and shaprness it gives. With the increase magnification it has also given me the

  5. Does anyone use Shooting Cushions when they go Hunting?
  6. There comes a time which all hunters will come across, when the 'not-so-informed' come and feel like they need to express their strong opinions towards you. I myself, being a beginner have experienced this on a couple occasions and I'm certain that the more experienced hunters among you have also experienced this. I only start this topic because I want to know how you deal with people who aren't education (Or lack common sense) in Hunting. Last night I had a very pleasant conversation with a women who found it extremely repulsive to eat wild animals (Obviously referring to when I went out hun
  7. You need to strap one of these onto your gun!
  8. Pro Sport in .177, JSB Exact 4.52. I'd presume that should be ok
  9. ... I got a pretty good deal on a scope, couldn't help but buy! Just going to try and use it properly. Adjusting from ranges, practise would help I guess. Want to know other peoples opinions.
  10. After getting my scope, Getting used to a Duplex reticle is going to take some time. Has anyone else got a duplex reticle scope? What do you think about it?
  11. Looking at buying this for cleaning my lens on my scope, would you recommend one? http://bit.ly/wJ5UFV
  12. I absolutely love them, I don't go shooting without them! When I got my new scope last night, I zero'd it and went hunting that same night, and those gloves definitely gave me an advantage, especially as it was a springer. The gloves where free, I wouldn't know why people are doubting it? people are under the impression that nothing in this world can ever be free anymore... But its people like Max who are actually generous and helpful to his friends and peers, There was two topics dedicated to thanking you for the free gloves + postage. I hope to return the favour someday buddy! T
  13. Finally recieved my Bushnell Elite 4200 8-32x40 scope and was time to change the scope and mounts. But it wasn't soo easy. Lucky for me the tread on the mounts was busted so I wasn't able to take the mounts off, as a result. The drill was taken out! After the mounts where taken out I decided to zero the new scope it.. at 9 at night.. Yes at night. Got all the porch lights out and set up targets, within 10 minutes its all set. I got the scope zero'd at 35 yards and felt like breaking in the scope. The scope is bigger than the barrel! Taking the gun to one of my permissions, wit
