  1. nice one jim. i bet the dog enjoyed every minute of the night out even though he had to do some running for what he caught.

  3. ive only had one invite out buy one person off this site. having said that theres one or two i have met and become good friends with. everyone has always come to me for there nights out lamping.
  4. well done lads its nice to see there are still plenty of rabbits about in certain areas. i was only 92 off the 100 mark last night. i will have another go later perhaps.
  5. they can have seasons where they dont come in properly. bitches do vary abit on when they stand for a dog aswell some will stand at 11 days others wont stand until day 19 when they are almost out of season. bitches can also have phantom pregnancy's they will have full milk on them and there stomach swells like they are definately in pup. my sisters spaniel had a false pregnancy every time she came in season.

  8. ive had loads of black rabbits, i had a white one a couple of seasons ago with ginger ears and a ginger patch on the back of his neck.
  9. perhaps whins dogs are as good as he says then. i would blame him if i was you lol.
  10. i use a dog lead and put it over my one shoulder it go's across my chest i just leg the rabbits and put them on. i always carry a couple so i can drop a load of bunnys of at my drop off point and still have a spare.
  11. i personally like whippets and think they are a great little dog, ive had one or two memorable nights on the lamp with them.

  13. i was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction. i am thinking of changing my camera i dont own anything fancy at the moement its just a panasonic DMC-TZ65 with a lumix lense. its been a good little camera for what little photography i do, but i want to upgrade and get clearer better quality shots. i would ideally like a camera that takes good quality pics at a affordable price around the £300 mark give or take abit, and is as simple as possible to work. i will mostly be wanting to photograph my dogs running, and as much wildlife as possible. need a decent zoom for the
  14. i brought a duvet for my pup the other day and he done a whole 2 hours with it in his kennel before he decided to rip the stuffing out of it lol.

  17. ive had one or two memorable nights out with proper little whippets and my lurcher, they are cracking little dogs. its allready been said they do have plenty of heart.

  20. well done jim. i went to 4 different places last night to see if i could find a decent clear patch to run the dog, but couldnt find one. i managed to run and catch one rabbit then called it a night.
  21. i have 2 dogs, one is 7years old and semi retired the other is coming upto 10 months old and is getting into the swing of things.
